Please note that guests are provided with one complimentary car space per reservation at Condor Ocean View Apartments.

Onsite parking has a strict height restriction of 5.6 ft. Additional vehicles and vehicles exceeding the 5.6 ft height clearance cannot park at the hotel and will be directed to public parking located within 328 ft of the hotel. External parking charges are to be paid for by the guest and will not be compensated by the hotel.

I would recommend this place if you are just there at night, it was clean plenty of room.
Pros:

Easy access to shops and teh beach

Cons:

I asked for an extra car park (which I offered to pay for) was told there was none available, however there were multiple car parks empty every time when went in and out.
There wasn't enough bedding provided.

Pros:

Top-tier location
Right in Surfers Paradise — walking distance to beach, shops, nightlife. This is the biggest win.
Big, spacious apartments
Rooms are large with full kitchens + balconies and nice views.
Compared to other Gold Coast stays, it’s relatively affordable for the size + location.
Ocean/river views are a highlight

Location is great.
Nice big apartment, plenty space for family
Great having kitchen and washing machine /dryer
Great stay and value for money

Cons:

Not fully air-conditioned, no air-conditioning in bedrooms so very hot in summer. Nice ocean breeze through bedroom however no screens and very loud with doors open.

Good location and views were nice.

Cons:

We booked the superior 3 bedroom apartment which states 5 beds available and there were only 4 beds, when we rang customer service at 1700 they said there wasn’t much they could do as it was “after hours” and they would get back to us tomorrow. No one contacted us to resolve this. There were little cockroaches everywhere. The air con or the dryer did not work! Our vehicle could not fit in the basement parking. I would not stay here again!

We were assisted by a team member called Liz who was awesome. The room had a lovely view of the ocean and facilities were good. It was a short walk into Surfers Paradise with lots of restaurants, cafe's and esplanade to go for walks

The apartment was not clean. It was disgustingly dirty. There were no towels, no bins. I had to request 3 times upon check in for the apartment to be cleaned. I was told it had been cleaned each time when in fact it wasn’t. Had to request towels which they said would bring them right away but had to call the next morning to request again. Very disappointing.
