My mother used the phone to call the local cell phone number for 5-6 minutes.The next day when we wanted to check out. The front desk told us we needed to pay $9990 TWD for 5-minute phone calls. It was really ridiculous. The hotel manager even told us if we don’t pay the bills will call the police. The night before the front desk staff never told us the price. How much per minute for a phone call. When i told the manager the price was not clear or wrttinen any where. He was blame us we didn’t have knowledge how much it will cost. He told us in Taiwan use hotel phone is very expense Never using the phone

入住三晚，第一晚發現浴室一束頭髮，因此外出時申請打掃，但第二晚仍有長度不屬於我的頭髮。第三晚枕頭上又有短髮，更發現床單上有灰痕，對於已經睡到第三晚的人來說打擊很大...

超級糟糕的住宿體驗！👎
第一天入住就發現房間是在電梯旁邊，電梯門關起來的聲音碰！超大一聲，完全聽得一清二楚。進去房間後發現浴缸還有碎屑，更誇張的是洗完澡，牆面因為濕氣整個凸起來。隔天請櫃檯的先生幫我們換房間，要回去整理行李的時候發現房卡刷不開。所以又請那位先生下來幫我們。一整個晚上睡的有夠差。
原本想說換了一間比較好的可以好好睡一晚，結果凌晨兩點多的時候保險箱大響，睡眠直接被終止，打給櫃檯，結果櫃檯小姐態度很差的說：喔可以你們誤觸保險箱了，哈嘍？？？凌晨兩點多誰會去碰那個保險箱，我們根本從頭到尾就沒碰過那個保險箱。後來又說：喔那可能是保險箱沒電了。下來幫我們處理也只是冷漠的把保險箱電池拔掉，面對我們的質問也只是冷冷的回一句：保險箱沒電…..連一句道歉都沒有。這名名是可以預防的事情，房務人員打掃的時候順便檢查保險箱電池不就可以解決嗎？難道要等到房客都被沒電的保險箱驚醒嗎？
第三天回房間的時候房卡又又又刷不開了，又去請第一天幫我們換房間的先生來幫我們處理，並且告知他這三天發生的情況，他提出要送我們旅館的吊飾作為賠禮，誰會想要？我們只是需要一個道歉，出差整個因為旅館睡也睡不好，精神不濟，最後他說退房的時候會請前台給我們一個交代。結果退房當天無事發生😀
真的是爛透了的入住體驗，要不是因為是首筆訂單有打折，四天三夜原價居然要價1萬多，拜託真的不要來住！
