Great Staff hospitality. Would definitely call in again.

I really liked the friendly staff who made us feel at home and the food.

Cons:

Balcony was a bit too small, no other Facilities apart from the swimming pool and poker machine room.

GI is in a central location and it's easy and convenient to get around. Hotel staff are friendly.

The earthquake disrupting the undersea cabling service which resulted in internet disruptions.

Decent location, with great staff service and meals. However major flaw in no elevator.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Stagg were friendly.

Cons:

No elevator meant we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. Very inconvenient uncomfortable experience.

Room TV was an outdated model with very poor picture quality. For the price, the room could've been better.
