Amazing hotel, room itself was a bit mehh
Pros:

Super friendly personal, with a cosy restaurant (which serves fresh and good tasting food). Location was also pretty. We could store our bags during the day. Walking to the train station the next day was done within 10 minutes.

Cons:

The room was a bit disappointing. We've requested two single beds 4 days before arrival, but we got 1 queensize bed. I know 2 single bed was not guaranteed, but a heads-up before arrival would have been nice. Apart from that there where a few little cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work and smelled like piss. Room across our room was being painted during the day and the paint smell came into our room aswell. For one night the room was ok, if we'd stayed longer (and the hotel wasn't fully booked) I would have asked for a different one or to fix the problems. But 1 night was ok. Again, the hotel was very pleasant, but the room was mehh.

Un lugar súper práctico para quedarse en Mumbai a pocos pasos de la estación del metro
Pros:

Es súper cerca al metro, los empleados las son atentos y amables, respetan el espacio y el restaurante arriba tenía comida rica, todo era limpio y a buen precio.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama era bastante viejo y el baño le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento

Pros:

The people working the desk were so helpful and friendly - it was a treat to stay at this place. The location is quite close to the Grant Road metro so it's quite convenient for anyone who wants to get to the City center or to the international airport. The facilities were great too - we would love to stay here again when we're in the area!

Great, comfortable
Pros:

Room was clean, staff extremely friendly & hospitable, location was also fantastic. Nearby many good food spots. Would highly recommend staying here for solo travellers if you're looking for a clean and safe budget friendly spot in South Mumbai.

Whenever I return to Mumbai I'll definitely stay here anyday.
Pros:

The Hotel was at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station and even the staff was polite and kind. I usually do not drop reviews but it won't be fair if I don't drop one for them. Anyone travelling alone or with family MUST STAY because of the prime location. The Hotel is near to Mumbai Central Railway Station and Grant Road Metro is also 200 mtrs from the Hotel. Even the Hotel Staff provided me the economical ways for my trip.

A good value budget stay in a great location in Mumbai
Pros:

Location is fantastic now the metro stops about 5 minutes away. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The restaurant is also very good and I ate breakfast there each morning which was very good value. The room was comfortable enough for the price.

Cons:

It wasn't the cleanest -the bedding didn't look very clean and the A/C smelt quite mouldy.

ну и интернет был норм.

Cons:

антисанитария, плесень, грязь, старое постельное белье, страшные подушки с плесенью, стены с плесенью - и это все номер de luxe 👹
