Pros:

Surprisingly spacious room. Friendly staff and nice roof area. Clean and modern furnishings. We stayed in a backyard facing room and so was very quiet.

Cons:

Could use more in-room storage.

Would stay again!
Pros:

This was our first time booking a hotel in New York so we picked this for our convenience and the price. We have been to a couple of hotels and the first person you interact with defines the whole experience for me and my family. We checked into the hotel, Ana greeted us with a very warm welcome, accommodating us with our luggage’s and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Our room was clean, the noise level wasn’t too bad except sometimes during the night but that was mostly outside. During our leave, Ana helped us to order a taxi to our airport and it arrived on time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely check back here on our next trip to New York!

Great Stay!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! This is my third time there and from the moment I arrive, the staff has made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. My stay was perfect and it made me feel like a valued guest.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and simple. No bells or whistles. But that is okay, because it gets the job done and a good location. I would stay there again

Comprei minha estadia com 3 semanas de antecedencia de apenas um dia por 510 dolares pagas ao booking.com . Quando cheguei ao hotel a estadia custava 300 dolares . Pedi a recepcao do hotel se seria possivel o estorno deste valor de 200 dolares . Eles me disseram que nao poderiam fazer isto pois tinha feito a reserva atraves do booking.com. Liguei para o booking e solicitei o estorno , foi me passado pelo atendente que seria possivel cancelar a estadia e assim eu poderia fazer a reserva com o proprio hotel . Disse ao atendente do booking que iria confirmar a disponibilidsde com o hotel e retornaria para continuarmos o processo . Apos isso nao consegui mais contato com o booking. Me sinto roubado literalmente ,pois o preco praticado pelo booking nao foi razoavel . Eu como cliente compro a estadia com 3 semanas de antecedencia para pagar um valor razoavel visto que 'e copa do mundo nos Eua , e quando chego ao hotel a estadia vendida por eles mesmo (hotel LEX) custa quase a metade que paguei pelo booking.com. Sempre fiz minhas reservas de hoteis atraves do booking mas apos este ocorrido nunca mais . Espero o estorno do valor de 200 dolares o que me parece mais do que justo .

Dark and dingy
Pros:

This place is bare bones, you will not want to spend any time in the room. I booked a two queen junior suite through TA and was put in a room the size of a closet with one queen bed. The lobby, halls and rooms are dark and creepy. The carpeting is worn and stained. There was a weird electrical box on the nightstand and it was filthy. I checked out early and both TA and the hotel refused to credit me the second night. I do not understand the good reviews for this hotel.
