Pros:

A estrutura do prédio.
O café da manhã é adequado.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são horríveis, péssimos e imundos.
O quarto possui mofo e partes estragadas nos cantos de parede.
A válvula do bacio travou e provocou alagamento no banheiro.
O controle de temperatura do ar condicionado central nao funciona. É muito frio ou desligado.
Falta manutenção e gestão.

Durante minha estadia houve um evento no hotel (um espaço anexo), o barulho e batidas pelo som alto foi até de madrugada. Reclamamos, mas não adiantou. Sugiro melhorarem o abafando acústico do local

Não é um hotel para passar férias e priorizar conforto. Indicaria para quem quer apenas comprar no Paraguai, como hotel

Cama confortável.

Cons:

No quarto blackout ruim que não veda direito e paredes sujas. Café da manhã com variedades, porém comida fria (ovo e salsicha). Frutas de boa qualidade.

Decepção.
Pros:

Quartos com espaço muito bom !

Cons:

Foi muito frustrante ter que levar a minha bebê e sua babá as 01 h da madrugada dormir em outro quarto pq tinha muito barulho de um evento no hotel .
Funcionários desatentos, com má vontade! Nossa porta descarregou a bateria, ficamos trancados para fora, tendo hora para chegar em uma reunião!
Toalhas amarelas com aspectos de sujas
No sábado , durante o café não tinha ovos, esperamos 2 horas para repor e saímos sem comer ! Muito triste um hotel com essa estrutura ter funcionários tão desatentos !
