The stay was comfortable and clean.
Pros:

I like that the room was clean and that I had my own sink and mirror in the room. The size of the room was great and they had good hangers. I also like that there was a ceiling fan for ventilation. The value and price for my stay was affordable. The best part was that the place was very convenient to take the bus and muni. The stop was right around the corner.

Cons:

I wish that the room was attached to the bathroom. The bathrooms were separate and you have to go outside the room to use the toilet and shower. I also didnt like that there was a lot of street noise and a number of homeless and people that had mental concerns outside. Thankfully the people didn't around didn't cause me any trouble and there was a security guy next door. I would also see police a few times monitoring and handling any issues in the area during my short stay.

Good hotel for a short time, not a long time.
Pros:

Good room for the price.

Cons:

Location was crowded with homeless and noise from police from the constant conflicts. No AC, so when I wanted to open up the window I couldn’t sleep due to the loud music, smell, and constant noise from the homeless and police.

Pros:

The room was newly painted and remodeled, so it was very clean.

Cons:

The bed wasn't very comfy and the streets outside are pretty sketchy, but once inside, all good.

I never checked into the hotel because the area was very depressing. I loss my money.
Pros:

Nothing, I never checked in to the hotel. I called the front desk to get my money back and they said I have to call the service I used to book the room.

Cons:

This was my first trip to San Francisco. I saw the price and the photos and was not aware this hotel was in a very depressing area of the city. When I arrived, I told the taxi driver if he knew of another location that was near by to check in. I did not get out of the car or check in. I didn't get my refund back for the deposit. If I do return to San Francisco in the future, I will look for a hotel outside the city. I would like my deposit charged back to my card.

Best value for the money if you don't mind bums and loud music at 4AM at night
Pros:

The hotel is very clean - no bugs, no pests. Stuff is very friendly.

Cons:

Homeless people are being pushed from around the area to gather next to the hotel at night which results in a loud party with controlled substance use (people folded in half) and in rap music blasting, police talking to them using loud speakers trying to maintain order, etc.

Geen slecht hotel, maar zeker geen aanrader.
Pros:

De eigenaar is aardig en er wordt op zich goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Ze kunnen er zelf niets aan doen, maar de locatie tussen zombies en herriemakers is echt niet fijn. We voelden ons niet onveilig, maar konden niet goed slapen. En de aanloop naar het hotel is niet prettig.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
Pros:

The hotel is near the Main Street and the Market Street so it makes it easy to access via BART and Muni.

Cons:

There are:
- drug traffickers
- drug sale
- junkies


Lots of human feces, garbage. Right in front of the hotel door there are strip clubs right next door. The place is so bad that I can't even explain. The elevator doesn't work half the time. It is as bad as it can possibly get.
