Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served from 4:00 until 10:30 in buffet at the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte and include regional and international cuisine. For a pre-dinner drink guests can head to the lounge bar located on the reception floor.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool will be closed between December and March.

Please note that pets are allowed to a maximum of 2 pets per room and 20 kg total weight combined. A supplement of EUR 35 will be charged per pet, per night. A security deposit will be requested to cover eventual damages caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

Airport transfer service is available from 04:00 to 00:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in.

Please note that children under 16 years are only allowed to use the Spa from 10:00 to 16:00.

All cots are subject to availability. At the moment, the Turkish bath is unavailable.

Excellent airport hotel
Pros:

Very nice airport hotel. Only 5 minutes walking from Lisbon airport.

Cons:

There is a shuttle but it does not run after midnight and our flight arrived just after midnight. The walk to the hotel with bags in the dark is not really well marked and goes through lots of airport traffic. We tried to grab a cab and they refused to take us as it’s close - but really need better signage or run the shuttle later

An airport hotel that puts all others to shame.
Pros:

Great location (literally across the street from the airport) and spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff, in particular, were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. After a chaotic rental car drop-off, the front desk personnel couldn't have been more pleasant. Our room was ready immediately (earlier than expected) and we enjoyed a complimentary welcome cocktail at the bar. I have to mention the charming cookie and porto cart that arrived at our room in the late afternoon. A very nice touch. And dinner in the hotel restaurant? Unlike any other we've enjoyed. Great food, wonderful wine steward, and efficient waitstaff. Excellent breakfast (included with room) as well. A+++

Pros:

Tres bel hôtel à 200m de l'aéroport avec navette. Petit déjeuner à partir de 4h. Chambre exceptionnelle.

Cons:

L'éclairage des chambres étaient un peu complexe, les lampes de chevet s'éteignaient seules.

Great location. Did the job, but would look for something cheaper next time due to quality

The location was great. I appreciated that the shuttle service started at 4am which is what we needed.

Cons:

The price was very high for the quality of the hotel. The sheets, towels, bedding, mattresses were not good quality for the $300+ room.

Pros:

The room was incredibly nice with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to just walk to the airport from the hotel. With all of the issues that Lisbon's airport has had, it reduced our stress to be able to just walk over for our departure.

Ideal for Airport.
Pros:

It is a stone throw from the airport. The place is clean, staff very courteous and the bed comfortable. The airport shuttle is great once you know where to catch it.

Cons:

Shower could be little bigger. We really did not need a bathtub in the bathroom.
The airport shuttle should drop departing passengers on the departure level and not arrival.
