Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served from 4:00 until 10:30 in buffet at the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte and include regional and international cuisine. For a pre-dinner drink guests can head to the lounge bar located on the reception floor.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool will be closed between December and March.

Please note that pets are allowed to a maximum of 2 pets per room and 20 kg total weight combined. A supplement of EUR 35 will be charged per pet, per night. A security deposit will be requested to cover eventual damages caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

Airport transfer service is available from 04:00 to 00:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in.

Please note that children under 16 years are only allowed to use the Spa from 10:00 to 16:00.

All cots are subject to availability. At the moment, the Turkish bath is unavailable.

Needs upkeeping. Broken showerhead for a hotel this quality is not acceptable.

close to airport. comfortable beds. good breakfast.

Cons:

My shower head was broken. could not shower. called the reception and explained it and the lady was dismissive and did not even apologize. After a 12 hour flight, i was tired and ready to sleep and we left the next morning.

Very comfortable room
Pros:

Excellent air conditioning, very comfortable bed. Fully visible bathroom from bedroom hilarious. We have some very funny pictures. Ask me and I'll send them. Great breakfast selection

Restaurant too expensive. Parking spaces too small, hard to open doors safely

Localização perfeita, ao lado do aeroporto. Limpeza, café da manhã, facilidade de check-in e check-out, atendimento, tudo ótimo. Perfeito para quem quer ficar um ou dois dias em Lisboa. Recomendo.
