Decent for one-night stay

לתמונות אין קשר למציאות, תחזוקה ירודה, קירות שבורים,
מקלחת צפופה, עם אסלה וכיור של פעם .
לקרוא למקום כזה מלון , זו הונאה .
הערתי לעובד, שזה לא מה שמופיע בתמונות, אמר שיודע, ומבין, וכמה פעמים העיר לבעלים שישנו תמונות בבוקינג כי הרבה אנשים התלוננו על חוסר התאמה.
עשיתי צ'ק אין, נכנסתי לחדר, וקיבלתי שוק מהמצב. יצאתי ביקשתי לעזוב. אמר נחייב אותך על לילה ראשון, אבל את צריכה לדבר עם בוקינג שהם ישלחו לנו בקשה לביטול.. יותר משעה ניסיתי לתפוס את בוקינג, ללא הצלחה, עד שהתייאשתי.
חזרתי למקום ביקשתי שישלח לי משהו, הוכחה ביד שעזבתי, ואח''כ אסתדר מולם, בהתחלה סירב ורק כשאיימתי בתביעה הוא שלח הודעה שהוא מחזיר לי כסף על לילה אחד.
אחרי שעזבתי את המקום, מסתבר שהוא כן טיפל מול בוקינג, שלח להם מייל, והם שלחו לי מייל כדי לשאר את שינוי הבזמנה (ביטול) . אז למה נתת לי לבזבז כל כך הרבה זמן, על להזיג אותם !!
אנשים מגיעים לחופשה ליהנות , ומישהו אחר מחליט להתעלל בהם.
פשוט, לא להתקרב.

L'emplacement, la propreté et le personnel Avigail était à notre écoute et prête à nous aider

Cons:

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec 2 lits on nous dit au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur on nous a proposé une chambre au rdc mais seulement avec 1 grand lit nous avons accepté nous sommes agés et pour le petit dej on nous a indiqué de se rendre dans un autre hôtel qui n'était pas trop loin mais dans la rue il y a depuis longtemps des travaux et pour y acceder il nous a fallu presqu'une demi heure pour nous y rendre et une autre demi heure de marche avec 28° pour retourner à l'hôtel en plus dans la description il était mentionné parking on nous a envoyé prés de l'hôtel à un parking on a payé 240 shekels un peu déçu quand même

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel, die Wände und Boden waren verdreckt, die anderen Gäste sind extrem zu hören, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, war aber sehr laut, Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Frühstück findet 3 Gehminuten entfernt statt

L’emplacement au top personnel au top, j’y retournerai avec plaisir

Le personnel très attentif et très gentil à l’écoute du client. Bravo

Cons:

Malheureusement qu’une petite chose trop bruyante le soir, les chambres d’à côté un peu bruyante, mais c’est normal en plein mois d’août

קרוב לים ולטיילת וגם מרחק הליכה לדיזנגוף ולשוק כרמל, הרבה בתי קפה ליד בקיצור נמצא ליד כל המקומות השווים ללכת אליהם בתל אביב.
מכונת קפה בלובי ומקום עבודה בלובי שזה טוב למי שצריך
חדר יפה ונקי וכל הצוות המשק, הקבלה מאוד נעימים.

לא היה מעלית אבל זה מלון של 3 קומות אז אפשר לשרוד בלי ☺️
