The property is outdated. The rooms are old and need renovation. Definitely not worth the money.

Beds and sofa beds were full of spiders and not clean at all, the service was poor for the lack of staffs and not clean at all specifically rooms and beds

Guest profile is extremely low. Teenagers (not kids) putting their toes on restaurant table, adults leaving toddlers with dirty diapers crying in kids club (despite staff clearly says it is not allowed), constant shouting and rumor in rooms after midnight, people filling plastic bags of turkish delight in restaurant to bring back as “souvenirs”, guests treating service people as if they are slaves/rude/ordering.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below my expectations for a property at this price level.

* The service is not up to the standard expected from a luxury resort. Most of the staff were not welcoming and did not seem interested in helping guests. Only a few waiters in the main restaurant were genuinely friendly and helpful.
* The main restaurant was always overcrowded, and no one helped guests find a clean table. We often had to wait for a table to be cleaned before we could sit, and sometimes we were forced to sit outside in the heat because there were no available tables indoors.
* The air conditioning throughout the hotel was extremely poor. At times, it felt as if there was no air conditioning at all.
* When I arrived, I was told that because my stay was “only” 5 nights, I was not allowed to reserve any of the hotel’s à la carte restaurants and could only have dinner in the main restaurant. This was a huge disappointment from the very beginning of my stay.
* Even more disappointing, on my last night a Guest Relations employee told me that she could have booked at least one à la carte restaurant for me if I had spoken to her earlier. However, when I arrived, her colleague never mentioned this option or offered any help.
* The amusement park was below expectations. The rides are very basic and not impressive for a resort of this category.
* I was surprised to discover that the roller coaster required an additional payment.
* The Ferris wheel was completely out of service throughout my stay and never operated even once, which was very disappointing
* The elevator in Candyland was broken for three days before it was finally repaired.
* Several elevators throughout the hotel were out of service, resulting in long waiting times every day.
* The worst experience occurred on our third night. From approximately 7:00 PM until 12:30 AM, there was no air conditioning in our entire wing. The room was unbearably hot, and we simply could not sleep.

В ЭТОМ ОЕЛЕ НИКОГДА НЕ ЗАКАЗЫВАЙТЕ ТАКСИ 🚕 . Мы хотели поехать в аэропорт, спросили у сотрудников ресепшена, они сказали на выходе у беллбоя , можно заказать такси , мы попросили у них.
Во-первых этот беллбой очень высокомерно себя вел , к статусу работника отеля , он как бы хозяин отеля, на сотовом телефоне заказывал всем такси .
Мы поехали в аэропорт и в счетчике было 40$ , говорит этот водитель , дорого не дальная , мы 55 минут на таком такси ездили в другой отель 35 $ было . На Booking е я рассматривало было 23$ , мы заплатили . Видимо они договорились всем иностранцам в двойнем размере .
Пальмы высохли в многих местах этого отеля , многолетний труд, это огорчило нас .

Hygiene

Aucun service. Hotel à fuir. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont voulu changer notre chambre pour une plus petite, sans vue sur la mer, alors que nous avions payé un supplément.

Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû redescendre à l’accueil pour contester fermement et pour obtenir notre chambre …

Le service est lamentable.
Même pour le nettoyage de votre chambre ou pour avoir des serviettes, il faut les relancer sans cesse.

Pas de service sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine.
Pour ce prix là, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs.

I stayed at the Vogue Supreme Hotel in Torba, Bodrum, on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, especially for a property that claims to be a five-star, all-inclusive resort.

The overall service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, virtually no one on the service staff spoke even basic English, making communication incredibly difficult.

The service was consistently poor in every area. At breakfast, you could ask a waiter for one or two coffees, and they simply would not bring them. Even after reminding them or complaining, the coffee still never arrived.

At lunch, it was common to sit down at a table with no fork or knife. Asking the staff for cutlery made no difference—you were simply ignored again.

If, by some miracle, a waiter did bring you water, beer, or any other drink, it would almost always be warm. The hotel simply does not keep beverages properly chilled anywhere on the property.

During our entire stay, housekeeping never restocked the drinks or the instant coffee in our room.

At the pool, beach, and other outdoor areas, there was essentially no beverage service. No one came around to offer drinks.

As for food between meals, forget about it. Food is not available outside the restaurants, which means this is not truly an all-inclusive resort. In reality, it is simply a hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

At the water park, where you actually have to pay for food, there were four or five food and drink kiosks open on the days I visited, but only a single cashier for all of them, resulting in incredibly long and unreasonable lines.

The meal selection was practically the same every day. And the "late-night snack" after 11:00 p.m.? It was basically whatever leftovers remained from dinner.

The entire stay was an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience.
