It’s very good facilities especially if you have children. The food was varied but the quality was not the best

Cons:

The staff seemed overworked and non cheerful at all.
The a/c in our room wasn’t strong enough and although we complained about it, they couldn’t improve the cooling nor did they provide another room to replace it

Great family resort
Pros:

Excellent hotel with great facilities. The kids really enjoyed Candyland water park and themepark. Very friendly staff. Especially Mehmet Arsalan at the reception desk, Kunduz Maratova at Guest Relations, Kadriye Coskun at the shops, and Ozgur Yargi who helped with driving the cart. Great a la carte restaurants especially Il Forno with friendly staff. The best support was from Serhat Guclu at the night rides and the buffet.

Cons:

Price is a bit high because of the location.

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال حيث ان الموظفه قامت بمعاملتي بطريقه مهينه لاني لم افهم عليها ماتقول وطلبت مني ان اقف جانبا لانه لديها عميل اخر ... هل انا عميل ام لا وتعيد الكلام مره اخرى بصوت مرتفع وقامت بالحديث بالتلفون مع زميل اخر وتقول له عرب عرب عرب ماذا يعني عرب عرب ... وبعد انتظار لساعات قامت بطلب ان ادفع اكسترا لانني ام اضيف اسماء النزلاء على الحجز انا حجزت غرفتين وكل غرفه فيها شخصين ودفعت القيمه ... الموظفه قامت بطلب ان ادفع 1600 يورو بقولها ان الغرفتين لشخصين فقط وليس لاربع اشخاص .... ادفع 1600 بسبب انني لم اضبف اسماء النزلاء هل هذا يعقل

Ничего не понравилось. Жуткий старый отель, везде грязь.

Cons:

Ужасный старый отель. Пляж грязный,его не убирают. В ресторане столы стоят не убраны, сесть поесть невозможно. У отеля есть платная зона со свободными лежаками и чистым рестораном. Лежак стоит 50 евро, ресторан платный. Мы заплатили за все включено которым невозможно воспользоваться.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Location close to Bodrum city and it's affiliation with Candyland

Cons:

One of our rooms was on the ground floor. We couldn't sleep because of the noise.
Kids were screaming in the middle of the night in the corridors and knocking on the door and running. They house keeping were vacuuming at 1 am
Staff incompetent. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2:30, but we didn't get the rooms until 4:30.
None of our special requests were attended to
The AC wasn't working in one of the rooms, and we kept going up and down, asking them to fix it, with no luck. At 1 am, we started shouting, and they gave us another room to sleep in until the morning.
The AC is very bad in general in all the hotel amenities.

Poor maintenance left basic issues unresolved.
Pros:

The location is great. Candy land was also good . Food was good.

Cons:

1. The phone in our room was not working. We informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed during our entire stay.
2. The electronic “Do Not Disturb / Clean Room” sign was also not working. Because of this, housekeeping would knock on our door early in the morning and even enter the room while we were still asleep, which was extremely disruptive. By the third night, we had to ask reception to print a paper “Do Not Disturb” sign for us to place on the door simply to avoid being disturbed in the morning. That temporary paper sign remained on our door until checkout, as neither the electronic sign nor the room telephone was ever repaired.
3. The air conditioning in both the lobby and dining area was not working properly, making these common areas uncomfortably warm and negatively affecting the overall experience.

Overall, these unresolved maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and were disappointing, particularly as they were reported but remained unresolved throughout our stay.

Exceptional facilities and super helpful and friendly staff!
Pros:

The facilities are exceptional - especially for children under 10. Onsite water park, amusement park, swimming pools etc.

We are upgraded to a big villa which was amazing!!! Thank you Vogue!

Cons:

The buffet is very extensive but as we stayed 11 days it got a bit repetitive and the english descriptions were often missing

Отель не стоит вашего времени, а денег тем более!
Pros:

Ужасный отель, начиная с ресепшена заканчивая персоналом отеля. Мы прибыли в отель в 14:30 заселение указанно при бронирование в 14:00, но мы простояли на ресепшене 1,5-2 часа заселили нас ближе к 18:00 отель относится себя к «Премиум» но никакого отношения к этому слову не имеет! Нас не кто не встречал, никто не спрашивал наши паспорта, вход в главное здание как вокзал, проходной двор. Наконец-то нам дали номер, сказали идти в выходу и ждать свободную машинку, она вас отвезет, ок, мы вышли стояли еще на улице минут 20, освободилась машина повез нас заселять в номер, мы бронировали изначально «Улучшенный номер сад» когда мы зашли в номер, мы подумали, что это шутка какая то, номер полностью не соответствовал заявленному фото/удобства итд. Фотографии абсолютно не совпадали с предъявленными на Booking (другая кровать, другая площадь номера, другой вид, ванная комната, туалет отличались кординально, номер был очень старый и очень отдалённый от главного здания) Так, же в номере были тараканы, фото было сделано) Мы сразу решили идти снова на ресепшен и решать этот вопрос, естественно машинка уже уехала, мы с двумя детьми, коляской по 36+ пошли сами обратно, вернулись и уже просто начали просить нас переселить, на что вышел менеджер который сказал следующее : Если вы хотите заменит номер в главном здании 190€ в сутки, а так свободных номеров нет! Был просто полный треш, мы устали с дороги, дети устали, сил разбираться практически не было, и поверьте мы были такие не одни в данном отели! Снова ожидание и нас просят посмотреть номер по свежее, опять выходим ждём машину, нас везут, показывают номер на втором этаже (где нет лифта) мы с коляской поднимаемся и данный номер был действительно по свежее, мы поняли, что изначально это был номер каторый мы бронировали он более менее был похож по фото брони. Оставили его, дети были уже голодные пошли их кормить в главный ресторан и просто ужаснулись полной антисанитарии на столах, на стульях, официанты просто игнорируют вас.

Cons:

Вы не дождетесь, что бы вас обслужили, что бы вам, что то принесли. Что бы за вами убрали, заказы принимаются, но мы не дождались не один заказ, по напиткам, были всего меньше суток в данном отели и не могли уже там находиться, изначально бронировали на 7 ночей, но из за ужасного обслуживания, полной антисанитарии, убитых, грязных номеров, выехали раньше времени! Были в разных отелях Турции, но с таким столкнулись впервые! Абсолютно не стоит своих денег, максимум поставила бы отелю 3 звезды. С парком так, вообще обман полнейший, отель заявляет, что гостям вход и аттракционы бесплатны, но это далеко не так, часть и очень маленькая бесплатно, большая часть горак, водных, батуты, развлечения для детей платны, детский клуб работает всего лишь до 20:00 После 20:00 все, что захочет Ваш ребенок вы должны оплатить! Сам парк уже давольно старый,пошарпанный, на аттракционах техника безопасности никакая, сыну не сказали даже пристегнуться и сами не стали пристёгивать, он катался на машинках ( папа уже забежал и присягнул его) огромное количество людей, очереди. Очень не рекомендую данный отель. Не ведитесь на красивые картинки большая часть из них я так, думаю сделаны через ИИ. Почитайте отзывы на всех интернет площадках, все что пишут негативное об отели, действительно правда! Мы не читали отзывы, увидели парк, аквапарк посмотрели фото номеров и просто поверили увиденному. Но в реальности все, очень отличается!
