Песчаный пляж , территория , наш номер , еда на шведском ресторане была великолепна и продления нашего номера до нашего отъезда отдельное спасибо сотруднице отеля Назакет .

В ЭТОМ ОЕЛЕ НИКОГДА НЕ ЗАКАЗЫВАЙТЕ ТАКСИ 🚕 . Мы хотели поехать в аэропорт, спросили у сотрудников ресепшена, они сказали на выходе у беллбоя , можно заказать такси , мы попросили у них.
Во-первых этот беллбой очень высокомерно себя вел , к статусу работника отеля , он как бы хозяин отеля, на сотовом телефоне заказывал всем такси .
Мы поехали в аэропорт и в счетчике было 40$ , говорит этот водитель , дорого не дальная , мы 55 минут на таком такси ездили в другой отель 35 $ было . На Booking е я рассматривало было 23$ , мы заплатили . Видимо они договорились всем иностранцам в двойнем размере .
Пальмы высохли в многих местах этого отеля , многолетний труд, это огорчило нас .

Aucun service. Hotel à fuir. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont voulu changer notre chambre pour une plus petite, sans vue sur la mer, alors que nous avions payé un supplément.

Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû redescendre à l’accueil pour contester fermement et pour obtenir notre chambre …

Le service est lamentable.
Même pour le nettoyage de votre chambre ou pour avoir des serviettes, il faut les relancer sans cesse.

Pas de service sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine.
Pour ce prix là, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs.

The Worst Five-Star Hotel and Fake All-Inclusive Resort I Have Ever Stayed At
Pros:

The hotel is well located, and the calm waters make it an excellent choice for families with children. The pool facilities are good and cater well to families. The rooms are a decent size and provide adequate space for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

I stayed at the Vogue Supreme Hotel in Torba, Bodrum, on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, especially for a property that claims to be a five-star, all-inclusive resort.

The overall service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, virtually no one on the service staff spoke even basic English, making communication incredibly difficult.

The service was consistently poor in every area. At breakfast, you could ask a waiter for one or two coffees, and they simply would not bring them. Even after reminding them or complaining, the coffee still never arrived.

At lunch, it was common to sit down at a table with no fork or knife. Asking the staff for cutlery made no difference—you were simply ignored again.

If, by some miracle, a waiter did bring you water, beer, or any other drink, it would almost always be warm. The hotel simply does not keep beverages properly chilled anywhere on the property.

During our entire stay, housekeeping never restocked the drinks or the instant coffee in our room.

At the pool, beach, and other outdoor areas, there was essentially no beverage service. No one came around to offer drinks.

As for food between meals, forget about it. Food is not available outside the restaurants, which means this is not truly an all-inclusive resort. In reality, it is simply a hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

At the water park, where you actually have to pay for food, there were four or five food and drink kiosks open on the days I visited, but only a single cashier for all of them, resulting in incredibly long and unreasonable lines.

The meal selection was practically the same every day. And the "late-night snack" after 11:00 p.m.? It was basically whatever leftovers remained from dinner.

The entire stay was an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience.

Lo que me gustó es la ubicación y los parques para niños.

Cons:

No me gustó el lobby, nadie habla inglés , no tienen aire acondicionado en los restaurantes lo que te impide disfrutar en el verano. La atención salvo dos o tres personas deja muchísimo que desear. Buena comida , malísimos los cubiertos . Es un 4 estrellas le regalaron la quinta.

Bezahlt haben wir für 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. İm Zimmer gab es nur 3 Betten. Der eine Sessel, der für das 5 jährige Kind gedacht sein sollte, war kaputt. Ein anderes Zimmer bekamen wir nicht. Ein klappriges Mobilbett musste herhalten, das sehr unbequem war…
Das Licht des Aufzugs war bei unserer Ankunft kaputt, auch beim Auschecken nach 4 Tagen blieb es trotz mehrerer Hinweise unrepariert. Die Gänge wurden nicht regelmäßig geputzt.
Obwohl es bei der Hotelbeschreibung hieß, Eintritt von Candyland sei inclusive, stimmte das nicht für die gesamte Anlage (15€ für 10 Minuten Trampolin!).
Dass man bei der Hitze jedesmal zur Bar laufen musste, um Getränke zu holen, war auch sehr enttäuschend.

Cats were everywhere and even in closed off areas. They were licking food in cafeteria and eating areas. It was highly unhygienic abd unsafe. As a person scared of cats, I told them about my issue and nothing was done. I had to eat in a separate area everyday because they couldn’t fix their problem. The cats were on top of tables and cafeteria counters licking and eating food. Highly unhygienic conditions and careless moderators.
