Pros:

I stayed at Vogue Supreme Bodrum for five days and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering that it is an all-inclusive resort.

The food was very good, with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and met my expectations.

The only aspect I did not enjoy was the large number of cats around the restaurants. On several occasions, cats were inside the dining areas, which made me uncomfortable as I have a phobia of cats. I believe the hotel could do more to keep the restaurant areas free of animals for the comfort of all guests.

Fantastic location and amenities. I had some issues at the hotel but these were resolved. I thank the team and the staff for everything the hard work. My stay at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum was far below expectations. Unfortunately, the level of service across almost all facilities was disappointing, including reception, buffet service, housekeeping, and room service.

One of the most noticeable issues was the poor cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. Trash and leftovers were often left in the corridors for days without being cleaned, and the room cleaning quality was extremely poor. In addition, housekeeping and room service response times were very slow.

Another major disappointment was that many of the advertised activities and facilities included in the stay were closed during our visit, without any prior notice or communication from the hotel.

Overall, the hotel does not reflect the luxury reputation of Bodrum or the level of sophistication and quality that the hotel claims to offer.

The bed was comfortable and the Canteen was good.

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel from 19th to 24th May. We had an issue with water coming out the shower during our whole trip.. The hot water came out orange and everyone in the hotel had this issue, including my friends... Staff members and managers didn't really care anytime we complained regarding this issue. Also, we booked a spa treatment with my two other friends for 11am on Saturday 23rd of may. Me and one my friend paid for the treatment on the 20th and my other friend was going to pay for it on the day and they denied her access for the treatment when she was already booked in ( they had her name and room number in the system) and all she had to do was to pay for it but they didn't let her pay... So she wasn't able to have the treatment at the same time as us.

Pros:

Our stay at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum was amazing from start to finish. Candyland was fantastic and perfect for families, the food throughout the resort was incredible, and Kelebek Restaurant was a real highlight with outstanding service and delicious dishes. The personal service across the hotel was exceptional, especially Atakan from Guest Relations, who made us feel so welcome and really helped make our stay special.

Mijn verblijf in het Vogue Hotel Bodrum was een bijzondere ervaring die luxe en comfort goed weet te combineren met een levendige vakantiesfeer. Het resort is prachtig gelegen aan de kust, met een indrukwekkend uitzicht over de Egeïsche Zee. Vooral de uitgestrekte tuinen en het privéstrand geven het geheel een exclusieve uitstraling.

De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en goed onderhouden. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en oog voor detail zorgen ervoor dat je je direct op je gemak voelt. Wat vooral opvalt, is de variatie aan faciliteiten: van meerdere zwembaden en een groot aquapark tot wellnessvoorzieningen en sportactiviteiten. Hierdoor is het hotel geschikt voor zowel gezinnen als koppels.

Het eten is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. De service is over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kan het tijdens drukke momenten soms wat langer duren.

Een klein aandachtspunt is de drukte in het hoogseizoen; het hotel is populair en dat merk je bij zwembaden en restaurants. Toch doet dit weinig af aan de algehele kwaliteit van het verblijf.

Al met al is het Vogue Hotel Bodrum een uitstekende keuze voor wie op zoek is naar een luxe all-inclusive vakantie met veel faciliteiten, een mooie ligging en een levendige sfeer.

Très mauves , séjour gâché

Le seul point positif est le cadre : l’hôtel est entouré de verdure et le paysage est agréable. À part cela, il n’y a rien de bien.

Honnêtement, j’ai été très déçu par cet hôtel. Malgré un prix assez élevé, la qualité n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous. La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise et le service encore pire. Pendant les repas, nous devions chercher les couverts nous-mêmes, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing.

Très mauvais hôtel pour le prix, séjour gâché. Il n’y a pas de piscine pour enfants ni d’aire de jeux, et pendant tout le séjour, nous n’avons rien pu faire pour notre enfant. Pourtant, nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécialement pour des vacances en famille.

Les tables étaient très sales, ce qui donnait une mauvaise impression générale. Le personnel semblait peu formé et assez amateur, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

L’hôtel se présente comme un hôtel pour enfants, mais en réalité, il n’y a presque rien de pratique ou adapté pour eux.

Vu le prix payé, le service était largement en dessous des attentes. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience.
