Pretty good.
Pros:

The location - The hotel was close to the airport bus station. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.

Cons:

Overall lighting was too dark. The interior colour was black, and the lighting was dimmed too much. Hard to see anything inside. The very front door was confusing to find the correct one. Perhaps some visible signage can assist.

Best stay we had in Korea.
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay! Helpful receptionists, comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, good delicious breakfast. It was 10/10.

디럭스 룸에도 욕조가 없었고, 침대 양 사이드에 충전 또는 전기를 사용할 곳이 없다. 복도에 공조 시스템 미가동(매우 더움), 주차장 폭 좁아서 불편함.

Pros:

아침식사는 아침에 적당하게 먹을 수 있는 음식으로 구성되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 도심지에 있어서 필요한 것들을 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 동탄이 이렇게 멋진 뷰가 나오는줄 몰랐네요~^^

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점은 침대가 조금 작고 쿠션감이 없어서 조금은 불편했습니다. 또한, 샤워기의 호스가 찢어져 있어서 그쪽으로 물이 새어 샤워하는데 조금은 불편했습니다. 욕실 청소시 샤워기 물을 틀어보면 바로 알 수 있는 부분인데, 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.

그외 나머지 부분은 정말 만족합니다. 다음에도 동탄쪽 방문시 신라스테이 선택할 것 입니다.

Pros:

아침식사는 깔끔했고 세돌 전인 아기와 충분히 즐길 수 있었다. 고기류나 연어 같은 단백질 메뉴는 없었지만 가격대비 만족. 즉석요리 오믈렛 맛있었고 딤섬, 매쉬드 포테이토 등 맛있었다. 플레인 요거트가 달지 않은 플레인인 것도 좋았다. (플레인이라고 하고 달달한 플레인으로 나오는 곳이 많은데)
침대도 적당히 푹신했고 쇼파가 창가에 있어서 편안하게 잘 이용했다. 마룻바닥인게 비염인에게 아주 좋았다.

Cons:

아침식사에서 과일이 사과, 바나나, 냉동망고 였는데 구성이 조금 아쉬웠다. (오렌지나 파인애플 정도는 나왔으면 더 좋았을 듯)
룸 컨디션은 전반적으로 양호했으나 화장실 욕조 실리콘의 곰팡이가 거슬렸다. 구조적으로 그 부위가 물이 안 빠지게 되어있어서 어쩔 수 없는 것 같지만 관리를 더 잘 하면 좋겠다.

Though conveniently located, doesnt meet the expectations and not value for the money.
Pros:

Very normal breakfast. The staff will keep removing things / food well before the end time f 9:30 am!

Cons:

Better service. Bathroom doesnt have a rack to place the soap and shampoo!

Wonderful stay in Dongtan area
Pros:

It is conveniently located and close to shops and restaurants. Right next to a GS25 convenience store. Clean and spacious room for 2, neatly decorated facilities and very friendly staff.
