Pros:

Wir sind schon mehrmals im Hotel gewesen und würden es wieder buchen.Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und guter Kaffee ist wichtig)) , 15 Gehminuten bis zur Altstadt ....Wir würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen .

We were content with our first experience and will try a&o hostels in other locations.
Pros:

Location fine, breakfast good, room practical and clean.

Cons:

Loud student groups at night ( room 16 was just next to the entrance hall. Long breakfast lines because of groups.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr spontan, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war etwas langsam und klein, die Betten haben sich zu leicht voneinander entfernt. Die Atmosphäre war durch Gäste im Eingangsbereich (Schulklasse oder so) etwas laut.

Wir werden nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

Das eingearbeitete Personal war nett (Empfang).

Cons:

Der neue Mitarbeiter (1. Tag) hilflos und überfordert (brauchte bei allen Schritten Hilfe, warum wird ihm nicht vor seiner ersten Schicht alles erklärt?). Er tat mir leid.
Zum Frühstück konnten wir einfach so reingehen, der Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich bzw. hat weder gegrüßt noch irgendwas gesagt. Wir mussten uns weder ausweisen noch nachweisen, ob wir bezahlt haben.
Die Betten waren nur teilweise bezogen, die Bettwäsche musste teilweise wegen Verschmutzung ausgetauscht und kompliziert aufgezogen werden.
Die Fenster ließen sich nur abkippen, in dem viel zu kleinen Zimmer mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung war es kaum aushaltbar. Keine Klimaanlage.
Die Fotos auf der Webseite von den Familienzimmer entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Ich denke, da wurde einfach noch ein Doppelstockbett ins Zweibettzimmer rein gebaut. Es war nur für ein paar Stunden mit 4 Personen auszuhalten. Es gab auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung für 4 Personen.
Das Bad war zwar sauber, aber der Abzug funktionierte nicht. Es war kaum möglich, sich nach einer Person nach deren Duschen darin aufzuhalten. Lüftung über das Zimmer war ja auch nicht möglich.
Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Die gekochten Eier alle zerschlagen, der Kaffe nicht wirklich genießbar, kaum Auswahl, kaum Obst. Zum Glück nur für einen Morgen.
Wir werden wieder anderswo buchen. Das Hotel hat unseren Test und unseren nicht hoch gesteckte Anforderungen nicht bestanden. Sorry.

The facilities contain cheap parking, a breakfast hall, a bar, games, an elevator, wifi. The hotel is close to the city center and there is a bus stop right at the front of the hotel. The bathroom is clean.

Cons:

The room is a little crowded and there is no work desk, fridge, tea pot or coffee.
