The receptionist should be polite and should behave properly.

The staffs are rude. Especially the receptionist was terrible. His attitude was extremely bad. I have stayed there multiple times but have never faced such terrible behavior.

Das eine Booking.com Buchung bestätigt war, aber im Hotel keine Information von Booking.com vorlag.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Mayfair Convention is centrally located but in a quiet, leafy side-street. Rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. A la carte menu was good, and if we wanted a change, there are a wide range of eateries (coffee and snacks to specialty Odia restaurant) across the road at Mayfair Lagoon.

Cons:

Veneer floors in our room a bit squeaky, meaning I occasionally unintentionally woke my wife at night.
