Personnel non amical. Au lieux de faire l’enregistrement manuellement ce qui est beaucoup plus facile, ils t’incite à registrer via l’automate où il faut perdre plus de temps. Les indiens à la réception parlent très mal anglais. Parking n’a pas de places. Booking.com ne t’informe pas qu’il faut réserver le parking la veuille. Mais à l’arrivée ils vont te dire que c’est complet et t’as à te démerder toi même. A&o à Varsovie, par exemple, est excellent. Tu arrives, il y a des places sur le parking. Sinon, ils te tiennent au courant la veuille.
