It’s decent, my room was upgraded so that was great, people nice
Planes flying over at 1am.. I mean low and wake the dead… loud… I stayed 2 night happened both nights
We had a late check in as our flight arrived late so we collected our keycard from the lock box, we then had an issue with getting to our room as the gate was locked & the key we were given didn't let us access entry. Luckily another guest was able to let us in, we then located our room and the key would not let us access the room.
We rang the after hours number & got the answering machine, we were feeling very frustrated that we had paid for a room but couldn't access it. By this time it was around 2am we were very tired, I rang after hours once again & thankfully was able to speak to a lady who got us to download an app so we could access our room.
I let staff know when we checked out what happened & they asked if we were coming back & we could have a discount unfortunately no we don't need to come back so feeling relieved we eventually got into our room but I wouldn't be in a rush to stay at this place considering the hassle we encountered.

The after hours key code was emailed incorrectly
I feared for my safety at this motel! I had an issue with the room key both nights I stayed there. No one in reception after 3pm so you have to ring a bunch of phone numbers until you finally get through to a person to come help you get in to your room. There were people fighting in the car parks throughout the resort and people under the influence of drugs going crazy throughout the grounds of the resort. I didn’t get any sleep as someone kept trying my door handle of my room throughout the night!!! I don’t think it should be advertised to travelling tourist to stay at. At over $200/night the place is a disgrace.
