The room I booked as per the picture was carpeted.
When I check in and observed that the room was not carpeted one and the floor was wooden.
When I asked the receptionist they told me that the picture was not updated in Booking.com and the booking was third party booking and ask me to check in their website Mariott.
When I checked the mariott web site the picture was same as in booking.com.
Then I asked them to refund my money because of the wrong room.Then the staff denied.
