Please note that a bathrobe, towels and slippers are mandatory in the spa. Guests have the possibility to bring their own, or rent them on site against a surcharge.

Séjour très décevant
Pros:

Le spa était incroyable et la majorité du personnel s’est montrée accueillante, patiente et bienveillante.

Cons:

J’ai été déçue par certains éléments du rapport qualité-prix (petit-déjeuner assez basique, vue sur le parking et certaines règles du spa peu mises en évidence lors de la réservation). Mais surtout, j’ai été très mal à l’aise face à l’attitude d’une hôtesse et d’un agent de sécurité, qui ont semblé se moquer de mon accent et de mes difficultés en anglais. Une attitude que je trouve regrettable dans un établissement accueillant une clientèle internationale.

Amsterdam con lusso e conforto
Pros:

L'albergo è moderno, dotato di una bellissima spa con ristorante annesso dove potete mangiare in accappatoio e capelli umidi. Camere confortevoli, spaziose, letto molto comodo con due cuscini a disposizione per ciascuno. A disposizione bollitore e macchinetta del caffè nespresso con cialde!!!. Colazione buona con uova, salmone e pancake preparati all'istante. La zona è fuori dal centro, quindi non ci sono turisti ma gente del posto e onestamente mi è piaciuto molto. L'albergo dispone inoltre di campi da tennis, paddle e palestra. Per arrivare in centro ci vogliono circa venti minuti fra bus e metro.

Cons:

Sarebbe fantastico avere anche il frigo in camera.

Cons:

Im Zimmer besteht leider keine ausreichende Möglichkeit, Kleidung ordentlich in einem Schrank oder einer Kommode unterzubringen. Lediglich ein offenes Hängeregal für Jacken ist vorhanden.

Das WC verfügt weder über ein Fenster noch über eine funktionierende Luftabsaugung bzw. einen Ventilator.

Das TV-Angebot ist zudem sehr eingeschränkt, da lediglich drei deutsche Fernsehsender verfügbar sind.

Eccellente sia la struttura che la SPA

Immerso nel verde ed a 4/ 5 km dal centro di Amsterdam, raggiungibile con bici noleggiata in loco. Colazione stupefacente, con spumante anche ogni giorno disponibile

Gli orari delle pulizie in camera. Se salta la mattina vengono il pomeriggio

Only the SPA is amazing and the breakfast was good

Cons:

The location is not the best for tourist and not near to anything, no restaurant no shopping store or even not close to public transportation..
It's really was very bad experience as hotel as I traveled to many countries and it's first to do this mistake to select this hotel, even I'm surprised it's considered as hotel...
This place is very good for only SPA nothing more
For visitors and tourists I advise to stay in a good hotel with good services near to activities and public transportation and only come to this SPA as one day use but don't stay the entire trip in this place.
