Siempre excelente!
Pros:

El servicio fue absolutamente excelente y las instalaciones son de primer nivel. Las habitaciones siempre están impecables y muy cómodas. Nos encantó la gran variedad del desayuno cada mañana. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: justo frente a la playa y a un corto y fácil trayecto en carro de la ciudad amurallada. Es nuestro hotel preferido y siempre volvemos.

ecxelente servicio, muy aseado y sobre todo silencioso , con buenos espacios para compartir con amigos.

Cons:

los cocteles muy baja calidad seria lo unico a correjir , pues es una experiencia que baja las espectativas del hotel si lo primero que haces cuando llegas es ir al bar,

Pros:

El servicio del hotel es excelente, el personal súper atento, el desayuno muy variado y de muy buen sabor, la habitación bonita, cómoda y muy limpia, la vista de la habitación hermosa. En general es muy buen hotel para hospedarse

La atención del personal.

Cons:

El mantenimiento de la piscina no fue seguro para mi hija, estar nadando con cables de las lamparas sueltos dentro de la piscina mientras los niños se bañan no es seguro.
Los borde de la escalera de la piscina desportillados mi hija de corto.

Ubicacion, compensaron la noche q no pudimos dormir con un taxi gratis al aeropuerto

Cons:

el baño estaba sin funcionar y no pudimos dormir una noche ya que sonaba muy duro, y el de mi cuñada tenia gotera

Buen descanso, muy mal desayuno
Pros:

En las habitaciones puedes descansar sin escuchar el molesto ruidos de los aviones.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy malo, poco variado y la fruta poco fresca. Servían lo que les quedaba del día anterior y lo sé porque el almuerzo del día anterior sirvieron unos sandwiches y eran los mismos del día siguiente.
