El desayuno es muy bueno,y el personal es muy amable. Siempre hay taxis para llevarlo a uno al centro.
Filas inmensas para hacer el check inn por un vuelo cancelado. Hasta que a mi esposa se le ocurrió decir que teníamos reservación.

La ubicación frente al mar
Realmente la relación calidad precio es bastante baja, no hay una estade café, la piscina la cierran a las 7pm, no hay espacios pensados en niños, solo ofrecen bebidas hasta las 11pm, las instalaciones se ven mal tenidas. Mas que un hotel parece un convento, despues de las 7 no hay nada que hacer.
Las habitaciones “continuas” tienen un problema de ruido. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en la habitación del lado. No hay privacidad y es incómodo.

Ya habíamos ido hace unos años y sigue siendo un hotel espectacular. Las instalaciones muy lindas, el personal es increíblemente amable, el desayuno delicioso.
Un pequeño detalle es que en la habitación que teníamos faltaba un poco de iluminación en la zona del espejo
No tenia toalleros para las toallas, hay que colacarlas en los vidrios, camas, ...

Que tocan la puerta de la habitacion para revisar el bar en las mañanas tocan 2 veces y entran,considero que se debe llamar a la hbitacion por teléfono y corroborar si el huésped se encuentra ahí.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno y la calidad del aseo.
La caja fuerte estaba dañada y pedi que la cambiaran, fueron y la "arreglaron" y se volvió a dañar.
La relacion costo-beneficio no está balanceada, me parece demasiado alto el precio comparando con la competencia que esta por la zona, otras cadenas ofrecen lo mismo o mas por precios mucho mas economicos.

Atención en front desk deficiente
La piscina y el bar muy buenos. La habitación muy linda y confortable para descansar. En general el hotel es muy comodo y vale la pena para descansar
Están perdiendo una gran oportunidad al no usar la terraza como rooftop en la noche con musica en vivo. Sería hermoso poder compartir allí, cenar y tomarse unos buenos cocteles sintiendo la brisa del mar. De esa manera yo lo pensaría antes de ir a buscar diversión a otro lugar en la noche.
