Proximity to the hotel was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a large array of choices and the staff were friendly.
Sofa in the room could be refreshed (showing signs of wear and tear).
The shuttle service between the Airport and the Hotel was excellent!! Check in was smooth and the room was ready when we checked in. We found the bed to be comfortable and checkout was as easy as checking in.

Our room was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful on how to visit different cities. Very convenient that we can catch the shuttle back and forth to the airport. This has been our third time staying at the Hyatt when spending a couple of days in the Netherlands after a longer vacation elsewhere.

Room was clean but they were not changing towels everyday. Aldo they were not cleaning room every day. Most staff were polite and professional but done improvement is required
