I had stayed at a couple of hotels within walking distance from Schiphol and I was very disappointed. This time I chose the Hyatt. I am glad I did. For the room rate, Hyatt is a superb choice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bedding quality is solid. Even the pillows are of good quality instead of being cheap ones with some foam-like material inside that make sleeping awful and are becoming frequent even at relatively expensive hotels. The service was probably among the best I ever had and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. A few minutes before the shuttle arrived from the airport, a bus full of tourists had arrived and the last ones were getting into the hotel. I thought it would take forever to check-in. However, it only took a few minutes thanks to Vlad, the most professional and polite receptionist I had ever encountered. If anyone from Hyatt management reads this, give a huge bonus to Vlad, he personified the "going above and beyond" and set the mood for the rest of my stay. The only negative was some noise from cars passing by but it did not affect my sleep. I will gladly stay there again on my way back to the US after my next trip in a few months.

Hyatt is always a beautiful place to stay, a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxing, and welcoming, making every visit feel special. It remains one of those wonderful places you are always happy to return to.
Amazing hotel for short stay, very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child ( 10yrs old). Lovely breakfast. Fresh favoured water downstairs easily accessible. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Very clean
If you’re looking for great manners and wide smiles - forget about this hotel. Reception staff wasn’t very much useful and unfortunately not very helpful and didn’t inform us about shuttle bus etc so unfortunately this wasn’t the best experience

Spacious and clean and very close to the airport with a free airport shuttle on arrival and cheap return to the airport.

Room and bathroom were spacious, bed was comfortable and the room had all appliances. Even though the breakfast buffet was a bit small as well as the seating area, the choice was very decent and tasty. Cucumber water always available at the reception was great, too. Staff was kind.
This Hyatt Place is not comparable to other Hyatt hotels. This was more like a budget hotel in terms of hospitality, facilities, room service, etc. and I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.
Services like late checkout will cost you extra, parking will cost you extra. There is not even bottled water in the room. Cleaning and towel change is not done everyday (it’s not that I need to have it done every day, however, the option to have it without asking at the reception would be nice). Toilet paper was not provided enough. Location a bit far off (no bigger supermarket in walking distance).
