Pros:

Camera ampia,bagno altrettanto grande,letto e cuscini comodi, colazione anche se non inclusa con vasta scelta al buffet e buonissima. Posizione abbastanza buona facilmente raggiungibile comunque più del previsto

Piccolezze, forse l'aria condizionata che faceva rumore e non siamo riuscite a spegnere e i prezzo un po' oltre la media di quelli a cui sono abituata a viaggiare

avoid if possible. there are other better options.

17th june. 5pm. 1. the airport shuttle did not come to designated spot. it stopped briefly much ahead and left before anyone could get on. we had waited for 25 mins and then we had to carry our bags to the taxi stop and pay for that. wasnt a big deal about the $15 but we did waste 25 mins waiting for the shuttle & saw it whizz past us as we kept waving to the driver. 2. the cashier cloned our credit card and we were scammed soon after we had presented her our card. for thai baht 28000. check ur cctv . date and time given above. it would be approx 5.45pm on the 17th when we finally reached check in desk. 3. the hotel restaurant food and service both are pathetic. pls avoid else u will spoil ur trip. its is full of mosquiotes and insects and the staff is untrained. both in the kitchen and servers. 4. the room ac thermostat controls are from decades before and most are faulty.
