My second stay here and it will not be my last!
Pros:

The rooms were very well appointed. The hotel was in a lovely residential area, but the more central areas could be easily reached by tram. The food hall next door was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and you could order individual items from the kitchen.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Es gab weitere Angebote, wie Kino, Essen ect. im Gebäudekomplex. Das Design des Hotels war stilvoll. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auf einem modernen Stand.

Cons:

Das nicht funktionale Zimmerdesign, wie eine nicht verschließbare, sowie geräuschdurchlässige Tür zum Klo war etwas ungünstig.

Unfreundlicher Check in, kaputter AC und Ratten vor der Tür im Sitzbereich

Sauberkeit Zimmer

Cons:

Check-in durch italienische Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich.
Klimaanlage hat zwei Tage nicht funktioniert. Die Situation war vor unserem Check in bereits bekannt (Aussage des Hausmeisters), aber außer einem Fan können man nichts tun. Diesen haben wir nicht angenommen, da wir gerade unsere Erkältung durch den letzten Fan, der uns in einem Hotel wegen fehlender Klimaanlage ausgehändigt wurde, auskuriert hatten. Der angesprochene Mitarbeiter sagte, er könne es nur an die Vorgesetzte weitergeben. Diese wusste am nächsten Tag davon angeblich nichts und bot uns außer einer Entschuldigung nichts an. Weder ein Frühstück oder Rabatt dafür, dass in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster zwei Tage die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war.
Leider sahen wir dann abends in dem Außen Sitzbereich des Hotels noch Ratten, so dass wir lieber wieder aufs Zimmer gingen.

Pros:

La prenotazione era con vista, ma mi è stata data una camera con vista interna (la maggior parte erano così, ma io in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto espressamente e mi era stata confermata). Posizione buona, in centro si arrivava in 20/25 minuti, ma la camminata era piacevole. Di fianco c'è il mercato coperto con ottime e tante soluzione di cibo, anche se chiude prima degli orari pubblicati. colazione minimal, ma il cibo buono, pochissima scelta, secondo me non idonea. La stanza piccola, ma confortevole, anche se ho pagato per una deluxe, sembrava più piccola. Il letto comodo.

Cons:

Il personale molto scortese e poco accogliente. Soltanto l'ultimo giorno abbiamo conosciuto una ragazza di origini greche che lavora li, molto gentile ed educata. Consiglio alla proprietò di valorizzarla di più anche a discapito delle altre ragazze che sono state davvero maleducate e indisponenti.

Design & Atmosphere: The building is very stylish, and the common areas are well-designed. The rooms look great and feature beautiful furniture.
Breakfast: The food was tasty, although the selection is rather small and repetitive day after day.

Cons:

Customer Service: While the staff is outwardly polite, they constantly seem annoyed whenever you ask a question or request something from them.
Poor Communication: They don’t explain how things work in the hotel (e.g., until what time you can order breakfast from the menu).
Check-out Policy: The biggest issue was the non-standard check-out time at 11:00 AM (instead of the usual 12:00 PM). Nobody warns or reminds you about this the day before. If you try to check out at 12:00 PM, they will charge you an extra €25 for that one hour.

It looks good, the interior design is fun and stylish, but the place lacks customer service.
Pros:

the room feels like and upgraded motel room - comfortable bed - very good bathroom with a big bath tub and a shower.

Cons:

No direct light - the window gives onto the inner atrium of the hotel that has a skylight which means no fresh air.
lack of privacy if you open the curtains as other guests walk straight past your room and can look in as they please.
The staff at the front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly, the self checkin system is not customer service oriented at all, and make life complicated for no reason. It should be reviewed or abolished.
