An Unforgettable Stay!

What a wonderful, quaint boutique hotel with beautiful accommodations and the friendliest, most attentive staff! I stayed in a room called Agua del Mar, which had its own little private pool. Although I didn’t use the private pool during my five-day stay in July because the water was quite cold, the main pool was much warmer and absolutely lovely.

The hotel also has a private tequila tasting room upstairs, and the lobby is open, airy, and beautifully designed. Its location across the street from the beach makes it even more charming.

Omar, our waiter, was absolutely amazing, and Chef David was equally wonderful. Every meal was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight. I loved the avocado toast so much that I ordered it every morning during my stay!

One of the most memorable parts of my trip was the incredible attention from the staff. Ambrosio, the groundskeeper, remembered that I wanted to see a turtle. He actually contacted me twice during my stay to let me know when turtles were coming ashore to nest so I could watch them from a respectful distance. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me.

Mar, another wonderful staff member, also gave me an excellent restaurant recommendation: La Negra Tomasa, a local hotspot serving authentic food with live music. It was such a fun and memorable experience!

The entire stay was truly unforgettable, largely because of the warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating staff. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel so special throughout my visit. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Very Friendly and attentive staff, all of them- Maria, Wiliam, José and all the others of which I can‘t remember the names- really everyone was Here to make our stay wonderful and relaxed. Highly clean Hotel and Hotel Area, housekeeping as well as the Reception Gabe Their best to fulfill our wishes.

We came to the hotel with a work group, and from the moment we arrived Mar made us feel so welcome. She showed us around our room, explained everything we needed to know, and made sure we were comfortable from the start, also we filmed a video of the hotel and she totally stole the show!!

Throughout our stay Mar was always available whenever we needed anything—even if it was just asking her to take pictures for us, She was always smiling, kind, and happy to help
Since there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, Mar recommended some beautiful places nearby that were affordable and definitely worth visiting
She also suggested an amazing sushi restaurant that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip

Mar truly went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mar, our concierge.

From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She was always available to help with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

What impressed us the most was her dedication. Even on a day when she wasn't working, we were leaving early for a tour, and she personally came to the hotel just to make sure we had our towels before we left. That level of care and commitment is something you rarely see...

No matter what we needed—recommendations, assistance, or simply answering our questions—Mar was always there with a smile and a great attitude. She truly went above and beyond to make our vacation special

O hotel é muito intimista. Tem uma praia em frente ao hotel. Nosso quarto tinha uma área externa que dava diretamente na praia, além de ter piscina. Excelente para casais.

This boutique hotel is situated approx. 6km away from Tulum town - by the beach with pearly white sand. Beautiful!
Our rooms were nice, spacious, clean and had what was needed for a beach vacation☀️ The maid came twice a day - fresh towels, cleaning, refreshed the mini bar or bedding down service.

The hotel has a small gym which has the basics for a nice workout.

Loved that the hotel manager took time to small talk and check-in with the guests at breakfast. Highly appreciated.

Generally super nice, tentative and service minded staff.

The restaurant staff were too focused on generating extra tips through the all inclusive scheme. Everything that is placed on the table drives tips (nothing is complimentary). So be mindful.

We were there during off-season (end June/beginning July) so it was not crowded, which was super nice, but maybe also the cause of some major inconsistencies from the time of booking to time of stay? E.g. no more morning yoga, the actual coverage of our “Unique Full Experience package” (what was/was not included. ), downgrade of the content of the food menu and finally the normal chef apparently being on vacation the first couple of days (and a less qualified interim to fill in). It got to the point that we felt we were not getting what we paid for.

Finally and importantly we were so lucky to witness a Loggerhead turtle dig a nest on the beach and lay it’s eggs one night. An amazing and up personal experience.

William in the restaurant area was great. We had him every morning for breakfast as our server. He even wanted me to try different drinks, I love he pushed me out my box.
