Estancia pésima

No me gustó la estancia. El hotel apaga el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo. Tuve que llamar 3 veces al día a recepción para que lo encendieran. Me parece una falta de respeto como huésped, sobre todo tratándose de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Quien debe decidir si el aire acondicionado está encendido o no es el huésped, no recepción. El lugar es extremadamente ruidoso porque está frente a una avenida muy transitada.

La habitación es tal y como se describe. Hay recepción 24h.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no avisamos para que lo revisaran pero tampoco nos avisaron ellos a nosotros y tenía pinta de estar estropeado hace tiempo.

Algunas personas y poco más.

Cons:

El estado de las instalaciones. El servicio pesimo. Descoordinado. La falta grave de comunicación entre los equipos del hotel. Fue desgastante. Se dañaba la televisión , el baño , la caja fuerte. Una y otra vez las cosas. Estuvimos 13 días. Es como habernos quedado donde una tía. La habitación helada. Fue Imposible variar la temperatura. Lejos de parecer un NH Collection. Es dinero perdido. No lo recomiendo. No dejaron de disculparse a diario…. Un desastre.
