The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy. As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Great overall stay!
Pros:

Very spacious rooms with large bathroom, which makes it extra nice. Breakfast might seem limited at first glance, but the options are so many and so tasty!!! Great overall stay!

Good for the value
Pros:

The staff was wonderful.

Cons:

It was during construction time so it was very difficult to get to the property. Also, my toilet ran basically the entire time, I need to get my refrigerator replaced because it wasn’t cold and the air-conditioning was locked so I had to ask for a separate fan. Also, my side table was shattered and for a whole week no one noticed until the second week I was there and then they finally replaced it but almost I felt like I was being blamed, even though it came that way. Overall, I was there for two weeks and the staff completely made up for any bad impression.

Pros:

Viajo bastante por trabajo, y en esta ocasión tengo que decir que es un 10.
Tanto la sala donde hemos estado. impartiendo formaciones, como la atención de todo el equipo, el cuidado del detalle, la limpieza y las habitaciones.

Excelente calidad precio, sin duda, la próxima estancia en Bogotá será de nuevo allí.

Estadia razoável.
Pros:

Um bom hotel para quem está buscando acomodação em Bogotá e vai passar a maior parte do dia fora. Uma boa cama e quarto espaçoso com uma boa mesa de trabalho, se necessário.

Cons:

Para usar o ar-condicionado é preciso acionar a portaria, seja para ligar, desligar ou até mesmo mudar a temperatura. Muito desagradável.
No banheiro, a válvula da descarga estava quebrada e isso foi visto pela equipe de limpeza do quarto que não tomou nenhuma medida para consertar durante minha estadia.

Bastante tranquilo y muy amable el personal
Pros:

Me pareció que estaba bien ubicado, bastante limpio, cómodo, las habitaciones amplias, el personal siempre muy amable, tuve la oportunidad de comer una vez en el restaurante y también estaba delicioso.

Cons:

Me pareció que el colchón estaba un poco más duro para mi gusto, pero no estaba tan mal, en realidad todo muy como y agradable.

Exelenta el desayuno. La ubicación es buena pero con los trabajos de la 100 se hace complicado llegar y mas con las maletas

Cons:

la calidad de la comida del restaurante no era constante. Un mismo plato un día fue execelente y otro lo tuve que devolver. Nada que ver con el primero y me paso varias veces

Room was small, all good overall but everything is not new. View to another building. Breakfast was good, but has very limited options of protein without meat (I don’t eat meat, if you do it’s perfect 😁)

Pros:

I couldn't stay here for a problem they had and they noticed me on the same day i landed. They switched em to a different hotel, different pricing and ave me a room that was occupied... Then finally i got to my room after almost 3 hours.

Cons:

The experience wasn't very good. An occupied room? Had a bad one. Rooms are nice and comfy tho
