I provided front desk feedback that at the breakfast setup, same pair of tongs were being used for meat and non-meat items. This cross contamination is totally unacceptable. Please separate out meat items asap.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter New York
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à proximité directe du métro ligne W, N, Q, R pour être en 15mn à Manhattan et à 50mn de l'aéroport JFK en transport en commun. Quartier plutôt calme. Apple Gourmet Deli à 7mn à pied : épicerie qui propose des plats chauds et d'excellentes salades à composer très copieuses et à bas prix, en plus de la gentillesse du personnel de ce petit commerce. Petit déjeuner de l'hôtel correct avec choix de salé et sucré. Manque de fruits frais variés comme des agrumes (à part des pommes et des bananes pour les levés tôt) ainsi qu'absence de laitages natures comme des yaourts. Thé et café à disposition H24. Cuisine équipée dans notre chambre pour 6 avec un grand frigo mais la partie cuisson se limite au micro onde.

Cons:

Ménage des chambres pas fait quotidiennement : nous avons fait les lits à 3 reprises pendant notre séjour. Chambre pour 6 : bien pour nous 4 adultes. Une salle de bain avec WC qui demande à s'organiser à 4 pour l'utilisation d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes dans la salle du petit déjeuner par exemple. A part les dames qui font le ménage, le personnel est moyennement agréable (pas souriant, peu ou pas de communication). Notamment ceux qui assurent le service du petit déjeuner qui ont l'air constamment agacés par les clients. Attention petit déjeuner terminé à 9h du lundi au vendredi (10h samedi dimanche) et pas de remplissage des produits manquants 20mn avant sous prétexte que la cafétéria va fermer bientôt. Tables de la cafeteria non nettoyées après utilisation donc sale si vous n'êtes pas les premiers. Beaucoup de monde entre 8 et 9h avec places limitées. La fréquentation de l'hôtel nous a interpellé : des voyageurs mal poli avec peu d'éducation : gaspillage alimentaire, utilisation des appareils à gauffre n'importe comment, aucun respect de l'attente devant le buffet (on passe devant sans s'excuser)...
De même PRÉVOIR de payer une caution de 50€ par nuit (et non pour le séjour comme précisé dans les conditions de Booking) en arrivant en plus du tarif prévu. Cette caution est encaissé et restitué à posteriori.
Enfin si vous laissez vos bagages en consignes : comptez 10€ par valise !!!!
A 4400$ le séjour de 9 nuits, le tarif reste élevé pour un hôtel de gamme plus que moyenne.

Enzo is awesome and my daughter and her classmates loved their stay
Pros:

My daughter had the good fortune of staying at this awesome hotel on her recent class trip to NYC. The beds were comfortable, the shower was a sizable with good water pressure, and there was ample counter space. The spot where the hotel is located felt safe and was close to the subway. She also liked the food each morning. For me, my daughter has food restrictions so I had to mail some snacks for her. The staff was kind and helpful. In fact, after sending a few things to the hotel for my daughter, I accidentally sent some expensive honey to the hotel via Amazon, which the wonderful manager Enzo successfully shipped back to me in California. There was another super helpful young man who helped me figure out how to ship things to and from the hotel, but I'm blanking on his name. Anyway, don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel, whether it's just you and your family or friends or 23 middle schoolers and 5 chaperones. You won't be disappointed!

Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Nowego Jorku

Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko stacja metra. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Obsługa hotelu przyjazna, pomocna i profesjonalna. Hotel bardzo czysty, pokój był sprzątany, świeże ręczniki i kosmetyki. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym doskonale wyposażony łącznie ze zmywarką, lodówką i kawiarką. Śniadania typowo amerykańskie, w formie szwedzkiego stołu, wystarczające, ale niestety brak warzyw. Przydało by się też więcej beconu.
