Cons:

Las habitaciones no son ni mucho menos suites, solo una habitación doble con un sofá. Esperábamos una habitación con sala independiente o similar, como parecían reflejar las fotografías. La limpieza y cambio de toallas la tuvimos que reclamar diariamente, ya que no las cambiaban si no era así.

Everything is fine. The room, friendly service, cleanliness. The neighbourhood is ok, close to public transport to Manhattan.

Posizione ottima, vicino metro linea N e W, in 20 minuti sei quasi ovunque a New York.
Per una famiglia italian la king suite è stata davvero perfetta, forse anche troppo grande, ma comoda, pulita e spaziosa. Servizi a colazione molto buoni per europei, ma poca scelta per chi soffre di intolleranza al lattosio (abbiamo sopperito con toast al burro di arachidi e marmellata). Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile per le necessità. Pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani molto frequente ma anche su richiesta se necessario. Nel seminterrato locale lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice che si possono usare a pagamento con app dedicata (dove ricaricare il credito) e collegamento con bluetooth. Ripeto, ottima per famiglia italiana, noi eravamo 3 adulti e 1 bambino.

Cons:

La scelta per la colazione per chi soffre di intolleranze o allergie potrebbe essere più ampia, ma è un suggerimento.
I cuscini dei letti sostengono poco.

Sicuramente non economico del resto siamo a NY, ma comodo e confortevole

Stanza comoda per 5 persone. Letti matrimoniali comodi. Spazi per gli indumenti e la cucina. Sala fitness ben attrezzata ed usufruibile fino a tardi trovandosi al piano seminterrato. Cambio asciugamani e rifacimento stanza quotidiano. Colazione varia con qualità discreta. Zona tranquilla a pochi passi (100 metri circa) dalla metropolitana

Divano letto a molle e quindi risulta rumoroso durante la notte.

Good stay, but unresolved billing issue with $400 significantly affected my experience.

The room was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was polite and helpful during the stay.

Cons:

I was charged an additional $400 as a deposit and was informed this amount would be refunded after I paid the full stay with another card.
However, more than 10 days have passed and the refund has not been processed.
This unresolved billing issue is very disappointing.
