Experiencia Desagradable - Imposible dormir

No me gustó que no tenía aire acondicionado por la noche, en ningún apartado de la reserva se indica este detalle que para nosotros era considerablemente importante. Apenas ingresamos a las habitaciones hacia muchísimo calor, no nos ofrecieron ninguna otra solución, por lo menos proporcionarnos un ventilador o tener la amabilidad de escucharnos.

Adicionalmente la persona que nos recibió en recepción no fue muy cortés para nosotros poder solicitar esta opción.

Por otro lado, al hacer el checking, nos han pedido dejarles nuestros documentos (pasaportes - DNI), cosa que nos pareció súper extraño, primera vez que nos pasa. En vista que nos pareció muy extraño al grupo que fuimos, le decimos a la persona de recepción que preferimos no dejar nuestros documentos y que no teníamos problema en esperar que hiciera el checking en el sistema, puesto que entendíamos que habíamos llegado sobre las 23h.
Aun así, dicha persona de recepción al parecer se molestó con esto y ha procedido a sacarle copia a nuestros documentos sin ni siquiera pedirnos autorización para poder hacerlo.

Vamos que la experiencia no ha sido como nos imaginamos, puesto que nos dejamos guiar por la puntuación de este hotel y para nosotros la verdad fue bastante desagradable.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et moderne
Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet l'hôtel, notre accueil a été très chaleureux, le réceptionniste a fait l'effort de parler un peu français.
Nous n'avons pas testé le bar ni le restaurant mais le petit déjeuner est très bien 👌
Les chambres sont très grandes et silencieuse.
Le parking est gratuit, vraiment très bien.

El sitio no tiene Aire acondicionado aunque en la publicación lo indica. El trato del recepcionista de la noche estuvo mal, se queria quedar con nuestro documento toda la noche por no hacer el check in al momento de llegar.

Hotel tranquillo,,nessun problema di parcheggio. Apprezzato gli ampi spazi, sia come camera sia nelle sale colazione e ristorante.colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti e organizzazione ottima.
Anche la cucina ristorante è ottima.
Si nota una accurata pulizia. Reception attenta ( piccolo inconveniente nella doccia risolto in in paio di ore)

Dire che non è piaciuto non è corretto.
Avrei preferito un arredamento più moderno.
