Muito àquem para um 5*
Pros:

- grandes dimensões do apartamento.
- móveis imponentes.
- apartamento bem equipado.
- tv no quarto e na sala.
- Boa localização.
- piscina interior e jacuzzi agradáveis.

Cons:

- loiça muito mal lavada.
- piscina interior fria.
- baratas na zona da piscina interior e jacuzzi.
- sofá cama horrível para dormir, sente-se as molas todas.
- pagamento sem reembolso das toalhas de piscina.
- as duas piscinas exteriores maiores têm exatamente a mesma profundidade: 1,40, o que impossibilita crianças mais pequenas de a usarem. Tem uma piscina de bebés ou crianças muito pequeninas que também não serve para crianças mais velhas.
- espetáculos noturnos dirigidos a ingleses.
- pequeno almoço com sumos de máquina dulcíssimos, fruta enlatada, compotas enlatadas... Muito àquem para um 5*

Bonita experiencia pero mal descanso.
Pros:

En general está muy bien, el personal super amable, el buffet aún que no era muy variado estaba todo riquísimo y la playa a 8 minutos a pie, el agua cristalina pero helada...

Cons:

La única pega que le pongo son los colchones, el de mi mujer y el mío estaban muy currados, tanto que le tuve que meter un par de toallas dobladas debajo para que no estuviese tan hundidos, y el del sofá cama de las niñas mejor ni hablar...menos mal que son pequeñas y pesan poco.....,

Ne vaut pas 5 etoiles je dirais 3 cause litterie et odeur de grillades toutes la jounée aux piscines

l'ensemble des piscine et l'emplacement de l’hôte l 'appartement est grand et confortable pour 3 a 4 personnes

Cons:

la qualité des literies nul matelas pourri et tacher de ( Me..... ou de Sp... ou autre matière fécale ) matelas complétement tasser ont sens tous les fer du sommier c'est vraiment abusé a 1500e les 6 nuits
les odeurs de nourriture ( grillade avec fumé ) toute la journée autour des piscine c'est vraiment pas cool heureusement que notre séjours était court 6 nuits
je ne reviendrais pas dans cette hôtel en famille mieux vaut venir entre amis ou solo ou jeune couple

Não reserve. Experiência horrível. Nem chega a ser um 3 estrelas.

Nada. Tudo péssimo.

Cons:

Nem em Portugal nem em qualquer sítio do mundo isto é um hotel de 5 estrelas. Um 3 estrelas no máximo. Quarto antiquado, a cheirar mal, ar condicionado extremamente ruidoso, banheira com cabelos, sofá cama sujo, instalações de comida péssimas, mal frequentado (cheio de bebâdos). Entrámos e saímos em menos de 1 hora e mesmo para devolver a caução das toalhas foi um problema e arrancámos sem a receber. Por menos do que gastámos, fomos para um Pestana verdadeiramente 5 estrelas e com all inclusive à séria. A reação à nossa crítica foi um encolher de ombros, nem sequer uma devolução parcial do valor. 1600€ literalmente para o lixo.

I feel so disappointed with the housekeepers, cannot speak english and the one who usually help us, gives attitude as if she is doing us a favour.

Hide your things even if you’re within the hotel

Cons:

Left for the pool, while the cleaner tidied the room and stole my watch that was on the side and upon return I reported to the reception where they said no one stole it and to ask my friend I was in the room if she stole it. Which is shocking.
