Looking back on our trip, what we will remember most is not just the hotel itself, but the wonderful people who worked there. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their smiles, professionalism, and thoughtful service created an atmosphere where we felt completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. They made us feel less like tourists and more like welcomed guests. Those sincere human connections are wht made our time in Hanoi truly unforgettable.

We spent most of our days walking around the Old Quarter, trying local street food, visiting cafés, and exploring nearby attractions. Being able to return to the hotel within minutes whenever we needed a break was incredibly convenient. The location truly helped us enjoy the city at our own pace.

This is not an overly luxurious hotel, but it offers something more important: genuine care for guests. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful whenever we had questions about transportation or places to visit. The team made us feel comfortable throughout the entire stay, and that personal touch created a much more authentic travel experience than staying in a large international chain hotel.

To be honest, the room window facing the hallway was not ideal, and the bathroom setup could be improved. However, despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience remained positive because the hotel’s excellent location and the friendliness of the staff truly compensated for it. Sometimes hospitality matters more than perfect facilities.

Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and after busy days exploring Hanoi, it was exactly the kind of place where we could relax and recharge.

As tourists visiting Hanoi for the first time, we found this hotel perfectly located. We could easily walk to many famous places, restaurants, cafés, and local markets without needing transportation most of the time. It allowed us to experience the energy of the city while still having a quiet and comfortable place to return to at night. The soundproof windows were surprisingly effective, which made sleeping very peaceful despite being in a busy area.

Breakfast every morning was a very pleasant experience. Tan, Bach, Quyet, Dat, and Trang were always attentive, quick to help, and served guests with genuine warmth. They remembered small details and always checked if everything was okay. Their positive attitude in the morning really made a difference and started our days in a good mood. The food itself was tasty and offered enough variety for both local and international travelers.

One thing that really stood out during our stay was the kindness of the hotel staff. Ms. Chi, Trang, Mr. Binh, and Mr. Dang were always polite, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality felt genuine and warm, not forced like in some larger hotels. They always made sure we were comfortable and happy, which created a very positive atmosphere throughout our stay.

We stayed here for a few days while exploring Hanoi, and honestly, the location could not have been better. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in. After long days walking through the busy streets of Hanoi, it was always nice to come back to a calm and comfortable place to rest.

The location was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptional. Although the rooms feel a little dated, likely due to the hotel's long history, they were clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
