For an old looking hotel, the room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, a large sofa, tea making facilities and lots of task lighting. Also we’ve never seen so many plug sockets !
The breakfast was lovely and good value and the breakfast room is delightful and beautiful.
The WiFi didn’t work for us. It was a bit expensive but it’s Paris !
Un accueil vraiment super. Un personnel à l ecoute, pas avard de très bons conseils, souriant. Du matin, d après midi ou de nuit , 3 personnes adorable. Nous avons eu une chambre derrière la réception, chambre adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, cette chambre dispose d'une salle d eau spacieuse .
L accès au parking malgré un plan et des explications nous avons un peu cherché. Mais très pratique
The location was excellent, an 8 minute walk from the Gare de Lyon train station.
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
The local area is really nice, with good restaurants and supermarkets.
We were travelling with a dog, and the Coulée Verte walkway is only 2 minutes away, it's a lovely place to walk your dog.

La situation et le calme.
The hotel is in a great location, on a quiet-ish street very close to lots of restaurants, several wonderful boulangeries (for tasty breakfasts) and also close to Gare de Lyon. Rooms were spotless and the staff was lovely. There's an elevator, but we happily took the stairs.
We heard our upstairs neighbor the second night -- they weren't noisy, but could hear footsteps, alarm going off in morning. The first night it was incredibly quiet.

The location was great. Not too touristy, but also not too far from anything. Metro was about a 3 minute walk - super convenient.
Rooms were pretty small, wifi wasn’t very good.

Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione ma in quartiere tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla metro ruilly-Diderot per raggiungere il centro. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione, che abbiamo aggiunto in un secondo momento al soggiorno, semplice ma buona. La camera quadrupla era piccola ma per l’uso che ne facevamo andava più che bene, e comunque pulitissima.

The small room was cozy, super comfortable bed, very quiet, good size bathroom, and wonderful breakfast . The staff was helpful and charming! Check in and out was quick.
