Accueil sur mesure qui rajoute facilement 2 étoiles au classement de l' hôtel !
Pros:

Tout était vraiment très bien avec surtout un personnel aux petits soinsqui se mettait en 4 pour répondre aux demandes que nous pouvions avoir. Il nous a par exemple conseillé des restos, indiqué des endroits ou courir dans Paris ou encore ou se situait le bureau de Poste en venant même avec nous. Accompagnement 5 étoiles !!

It was close to the station. Reception was smooth. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The lift was tiny and difficult to operate. We had to go one at a time. The doors on the shower recess were loose at the bottom. There was body wash in the shower but no hand wash for the basin that we could see.

Comodo ma non vale la spesa
Pros:

Location comoda vicina alla metro gialla, no moquette nelle camere, però un po’ rumorose

Cons:

L’asciugacapelli é vecchio, poco potente e si surriscalda dopo 30 secondi, e ci metteva 5 minuti ogni volta per ripartire. La sera , mi sono ritrovata con i capelli bagnati, e sono scesa in reception per chiederne uno: la receptionist mi ha detto che non c’era, e di andare a dormire con i capelli bagnati (con 9 gradi di temperatura all’esterno).

Not a particularly good area to stay in but a very, very good hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Quite small room but had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were excellent.

Cons:

Lift was slow and wait times were ridiculous at times

Un personnel accueillant très professionnel qui à su nous orienter pour profiter de Paris un maximum
Pros:

La proximité de la gare nous a permis de réaliser l'ensemble de nos visites et de pouvoir repartir des le lendemain 6 heures

Cons:

Je vous propose de rentrer un peu plus dans le détail pour le ménage, rien de grave mais quelques poussière constatées.

Pros:

Tesisin çalışanları oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi. Her türlü konuda bize sonuna kadar yardımcı oldular. Onlara çok teşekkür ederim. 3 dakika yürüme mesafesindeki M1ve M8 metro hatları ile şehrin merkezine ve 1 durak uzaklıktaki Gare de Lyon'a gitmek aşırı kolay. Odalar da çok temizdi, yataklar rahattı.
