Séjour paradisiaque à Jeju dans un hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

L'hôtel est paradisiaque : vue magnifique sur l'océan et l'île de Beomseom. La chambre que nous avions dominait la piscine à débordement. Le restaurant était lui aussi très bon avec des options variés. Nous y avons dîné plusieurs fois et pris le petit déjeuner systématiquement, il était vraiment très bon (buffet très varié). Tout le personnel était très attentionné et la propreté de la chambre impeccable. A ce propos nous avons beaucoup aimé que la chambre soit si spacieuse et si bien équipée. La salle de bains était très grande avec une baignoire et un grand miroir. La partie couchage se composait d'un grand lit double avec matelas au sol confortable. Le design de la chambre et de l'hôtel sont superbes. La climatisation fonctionnait elle aussi très bien.

Cons:

Notre chambre se situait immédiatement à côté de l'ascenseur (donc avec du passage et des discussions). La porte d'entrée n'était pas parfaitement bien isolée, et il n'existait pas de seconde porte pour isoler l'entrée du reste de la chambre. Nous avions fait une demande pour avoir une chambre équivalente éloignée du lieu de passage, mais malheureusement il n'y avait pas d'alternative. Au final cela ne nous a pas posé tant de problème puisque les autres résidents étaient calmes.

Struttura stupenda. I servizi sono moltissimi e di qualità: la struttura nuova di sviluppa su 1 piscina per nuotare con acqua riscaldata e una parte con jacuzi con acqua bollente. La struttura piu vecchia ha davanti 2 piscine con acqua normale. In piu c'e una piscina al coperto con sauna. Tutte le camere sono fronte mare e sembra di essere su una barca direttamente nel mare. Ristorante ottimo.

Cons:

È tutto molto bello ma bisogna dire che si trova molto lontano dai centri abitati. Avrei preferito la doccia in bagno invece della vasca.

Pros:

Ottima colazione, camere pulite, grandi e comode. Molto bella la piscina e lo spazio vasche interno. Comodo il supermercato piccolo interno.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una deluxe twin garden view, ci è stata rifilata una camera al piano terra con finestre enormi sul parcheggio auto, ma letteralmente nel parcheggio. Chiedendo se c’era disponibilità a un piano superiore per avere una vista come da foto dell’annuncio ed evitare i fari delle auto in serata, ci è stato detto di si ma a un sovrapprezzo per la medesima tipologia di camera. Abbiamo risolto pagando un sovrapprezzo ma per una stanza che desse direttamente sul mare. Vista la tipologia di hotel, camere del genere non dovevano nemmeno essere proposte, il deluxe mancava e il garden pure. Non proprio carino il trattamento e l’inflessibilità sulla situazione.
La sauna non è una sauna ma vasche di acqua calda e fredda; la sera chiude piuttosto presto (alle 20) quindi non si ha tanto la possibilità di usarle.
In camera vengono fornite ciabatte per poter andare in giro anche in hotel ma non si possono usare in sala colazioni. Lo staff vi guarderà dall’alto in basso e costringerà a cambiarvi. Buoni i servizi ma questo non è un hotel a quattro stelle, c’è di meglio soprattutto per il prezzo.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended. Great value for money
Pros:

Charming hotel. The room was large, the outdoor pools were extremely enjoyable, and the breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel twice, which was also very good. The staff is nice, and even though they don't speak English, they make every effort to understand the guests.

Cons:

The room lighting was very dim. The sofa was a bit broken and squeaky. There was a nightstand and reading lamp on only one side of the bed
