Todo muy bien excepto..

El personal esuy amable y las Instalaciones cómodas y limpias.

Todo esta bien, pero en esta ocasión había demasiado ruido por la mañana 7 8am. No se si era personal del lugar trabajando pero si resultó un poco Incomodo ya que fue constante y muy notorio el ruido que hacían.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

Mala actitud de la recepción, teniendo habitaciones me dejaron esperando argumentando que no habían habitaciones, cuando vi que salió un contingente grande de personas, la señorita de recepción muy amable pero la encargada su superior no la habilitó para que me dejara pasar, pese que había pagado para entrar antes, y que había avisado previamente por booking.
Lo otro que no me gustó que encontré una botella de gaseosa y el trapo limpieza arriba de mi cama
La limpieza no es muy buena.
El teléfono estaba descompuesto el cable se salía y no me podía comunicar.
Me ofrecieron un servicio gratuito a 5 km y justo ese día no daban el servicio.
Y lo más terrible es que nadie se disculpó conmigo por todos los inconvenientes que había tenido.

que hay una plaza abajo del hotel y la distancia al del lugar a donde me dirigía, y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

primero al llegar a la habitación , olía mucho demasiado aromatizante pero el olor era demasiado, que deje la puerta abierta por uno s30 minutos o mas , pero al despertar me di cuenta por que por la habitación o el baño oilan mucho pero mucho que no se soportaba a humedad o drenaje la verdad eso fue lo único que fue muy desagradable
