Locatie is top, vriendelijke medewerkers, nette kamer.
Airconditioning was maar beperkt, en ja het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf. Ontbijt was redelijk.
We liked our stay. Breakfast selection was better than we expected and very good too.
Staff was good and helpful. We had problems with our key card one day and they resolved the issue. There is also free luggage storage.
Location is pretty excellent. Very convenient if your'e attending concerts in either of the nearby arenas. Train station is a 10 minute walk away and has direct connections to most major cities in the area and also to the airport.
I definitely would return here.
A bit pricey for "budget" hotel but we did stay here during the harry styless concerts in the arena so that was expected. Either way we liked the stay and were glad we chose this hotel.

toen we laat op onze kamer kwamen na optreden van toppers concertreeks de airco installatie NIET te werken en dat bij een tempratuur van 29 graden is dit niet prettig.....ik heb dit bij het uitchecken gemeld...dat had niet veel zin omdat wij moesten vertrekken
Locatie en bed
Er was een hele vieze geur op de gang en in de badkamer. Geur kwam uit de douche dus we hebben de badkamerdeur in de nacht dicht gehouden. Ontbijt was vrij summier.

Het matras, lag lekker relax en de douche.waa heerlijk.
Het eten en het personeel..
Ze deden verwachten dat een kind van 17 jaar bij de moeder in een 1 persoonsbed kon liggen of in een kinderbed, terwijl duidelijk was aangegeven, 17 jaar, jong volwassen.
Ook kregen we maar 1 handdoekenset. Na commentaar toch 2 eenpersoonsbedden gekregen en extra handdoeken.
Personeel spraken alleen duits engels of Frans. We zitten in Nederland, maar konden met Nederlands nergens terecht.
De afstand naar de arena
De stank die je hebt in de kamer. En de kamer was daardoor gwn echt ranzig om in te slapen
Dat het vlak bij de Ziggodome is. Personeel ik was mijn rijbewijs en pasjes verloren en personeel had het gevonden
De lift is heel rommelig en gaat soms niet
