Al bij al tevreden over de overnachting.
Pros:

Een goed en proper bed. Beetje extra poetsen hier en daar om een hogere score te krijgen. Lekker en verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

De gordijnen waren niet proper en hier en daar zou er extra gepoetst moeten worden.

Pros:

Het personeel aan de balie van de Holiday Inn express. Heel hartelijk ontvangen en zeer vriendelijke.ervaring. echte toppers waren dat!!! Geef hen een 10!

Cons:

Het opklapbed voor mijn dochter was oncomfortabel. Het matras was hard. De spiralen voelde je erdoor heen.

Geen koelkastje wat wel in de beschrijving stond van de kamer. Heel jammer want ik had medicijnen mee die in de koeling moesten.

In de hal beneden troffen wij bij uitchecken drie slapende mensen op de banken.

In de hal bij de liften op 13 hoog lag afval wat bij aankomst 16.15 uur op de grond lag en vandaag bij vertrek nog steeds lag. Een dienblad met restanten van eten.

In hotel is het toch lastig om je eigen taal te spreken overal Engels en de prijzen in het winkeltje zijn wel schofterig duur ronduit schandalig

Dirty hotel
Pros:

Was near the ziggo dome

Cons:

Initial room allocated was very dirty, hairs in bed, room was extremely dusty - all fixtures and skirtings snd floors were dirty and tv didn’t work .. room move was only slightly better but was still poor .. this room was a lot smaller and also very dusty and woodwork around bed was broken we had to request pillows for the bed which were missing but reception didn’t acknowledge they were missing and referred this as an additional request .. reception asked when we returned key if room was ok .. but didn’t seem to care when I relayed it was only slightly better than the first room and brushed over the housekeeping issues .. I asked if they had been to the initial room and what they thought .. but they said they hadn’t so no feedback on our issues reported and no offer of any small offerings of anything for the inconvenience .. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay again

Goed voor een nachtje als je naar Ziggo Dome gaat. Maar nog te duur voor wat het is.
Pros:

Parking bij het hotel. Rustige kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, ook op voorhand via de berichten. Vlakbij Ziggo Dome.

Cons:

Hygiëne. Er waren vuile spetters op de muur naast het bed. Vlekken in het tapijt. Haren tussen de handdoeken. Ontbijt was niet goed. Vruchtensap was aangelengd met water. Bijna niemand van het personeel leek Nederlands te kunnen...

Perfecte locatie maar hotel kan opknapbeurt gebruiken
Pros:

Perfecte ligging voor een avondje ziggodome en ideaal met parkeren.

Cons:

De kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Vieze muren en doucherand zag er niet heel hygiënisch uit. Het ontbijt vonden wij niet zo lekker. Koffie was niet lekker, mierzoete jus d'orange, het roerei smaakte niet naar ei en de broodjes smaakten niet vers.
