الموظفين سئ جدا ويلقون علي كلام في التركي يفكون ان مانعرف كلامه للأسف وكان معاي والدي مو محترمي ويستهزؤن فينا العرب
مع ذالك أنا حاجز اسوية وغرفه وعطوني غرفه مافيا مكيف للأسف هاذا خمس نجوم والبوفيه سي الدواره المياء شي جدا لاتنظيف الي إذا تقولهما

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely consider it for our next trip to Istanbul
Pros:

Very clean, well maintained. Comfortable bed, nice bed linen and towels with nice fragrance.
Excellent spa and swimming pool.
Amazing selection of food for breakfast.
Nice, coaches and helpful staff. All of our requests were attended to and resolved within 15 minutes.
Executive lounge has a variety of snacks, small entrées, as well as wine, beer and coffee.
Noureddin was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Great stay, wonderful location
Pros:

The location and front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The view of the room was fantastic!

Cons:

Older facilities and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, very firm and the room was hot even with the AC on.
