This is the second time I stay at this property and I am looking forward to my third visit next year! Staff is exception

Centrally located to many historical sites staff was exceptional and way upcoming and being very helpful for me to navigate the city.

Great location, easy to get to from the train station, communication before stay is not great.
Pros:

Location is top notch. Right by the Colisseum and other sites. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping is all nearby. Rooms are clean with eclectic decor, but we found it charming. Front desk was helpful during our stay.

Cons:

Every time I called before we arrived, I was speaking to a rude woman that kept telling me she was too busy to take my call and would just hang up on me.

A wow of a stay with a view of the Forum!
Pros:

We have stayed in some nice places over the last three months but this hotel is a winner in every way. From check in with the lovely Santo, the whole team looked after us really well. Presentation in the room and bathroom was second to none, daily cleaning excellent and extra treats much appreciated.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a central stay in Roma.
The little restaurant directly outside the hotel (we got a discount card ) was excellent for drinks, breakfast and one dinner. Our waiter every time was I think called Fabrizzio - really lovely - friendly and professional.

Cons:

Very happy with everything but for accessibility would not that the little lift takes you to a between floors landing, so always a few steps needed to rooms.

The staff at Hotel Romano were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are very small, but they’re cute and quaint. I stayed in a single room, and the bed felt especially small, about the size of a standard twin bed. I was also disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or coffee, although they do provide a discount card for breakfast at the restaurant next door. Overall, the excellent staff made the stay enjoyable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to get occupancy of 2.
Pros:

Location was great. Room for 2 people occupancy was a good size. The front desk lady went above and beyond to assist us with all our inquiries. Always smiling and always available to assist us. She even said her goodbyes to us the night before we left, as she will not be there for our early departure the next morning.

Cons:

No coffee or breakfast available. Shower area was a little tight. City needs some clean up in the hotel area.
