The club lounge was the best part of our stay, and so was our shower/bath.
I did not like how small the beds were. It does not accommodate 4 people. We chose not to upgrade so that we could have a living room, but i regret it because we slept very uncomfortably. The flooring was loose so you could feel it with every step.

It's our first time trying this well known brand "Lotte". I had done a lot of research for Guam hotels in advance and lastly picked this one purportedly for a good balance among price, location, cleanliness, beach availability based on the reviews here. We were disappointed after checking in.
The hotel (room internally and building externally) appears tired, torn and not that clean. We got sewage smell once entering into our room (my nephew described it as "public toilet" smell even). Our beds are right next to the shower/toilet room and we got the sewage smell unless we kept the door shut tightly (it's hard to close the door tight though, because certain bolts became dislocated I suppose). I noticed that there was no metal disc covering the hole of the sink, not sure if this constitutes to the bed smell. Everything inside the room is not well maintained anyway.
The table is greasy and we cleaned by ourselves. We dared not lying on the sofa.
The air conditioner in room is very strong (useless no matter how we adjusted it as it automatically restored to its preset temperature). The cold air blew directly to my bed and my face. I had to wear face mask when sleeping eventually (this is the first time in my life 😷).
Our room is of partial ocean views. But right down from our balcony is a deserted area with several demolished houses amid messy brushes. There's a notice in the room to remind us to keep the balcony door closed for avoiding cockroaches/lizards and high humidity. As such, we didn't enjoy the balcony or any good views as anticipated at the point of booking.
We have an unpleasant if not depressing stay overall. It's my fault for not to pay more for a better hotel. We have lost confidence in the brand "Lotte" and we think we won't stay again even in Korea.

房間設施較老舊，這次旅遊住宿五晚，一些小地方的服務，以身為五星級酒店標準來看，這樣的服務主動性是不合格的，如礦泉水的提供只有每隔兩天的房間打掃日才會提供，並沒有每日提供，且房間內茶包/咖啡包只有入住第一天提供，我們可是花了住五晚的費用。
入住前兩天遇到好幾次跳電，該酒店的電力系統建議需要整治。
Good room
The service was terrible, check in time was rescheduled 3 times. We didn’t get any compensation for the inconvenience, we had a disabled family member who can’t walk and talk and was getting hot due to the post typhoon. Obviously I understand the circumstances due to a typhoon just happening. But it was for a family member who was disable, and when we complained all we got was a lousy gift certificate to Starbucks worth $15. Our family member was hard of breathing due to asthma and heat. I would not recommend.
Slow WiFi. Broken pool shower. Broken hot tub.
Thanks for the local summer special and we get to enjoy our June stay-cation wedding anniversary and birthdays. Ocean view room with club access, 2 free pool pass and 2 slushies is top class generous. Bed guard for safety of our twins and great breakfast spread. We enjoy the island dance show during the La Siene dinner buffet. We hope to have better kiddie pool and safer walkway. Better quality room amenities like sleepers and shampoo,bodywash,conditioner .
The room was big and good location.
The room had water damage - squishy wet floor in the bathroom (like water coming up through the tile when you walked on it.) There was also a water bubble in the ceiling above one of the exterior sliders. The kitchenette did not have a frying pan or spatula. Nice view from balcony but there were no chairs out there to sit to enjoy it.
