Im Gesamtpaket ein sehr gutes Hotel - jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Tolles Personal, gutes Zimmer und wirklich entspannter Wellnessbereich.
Herausragendes Frühstück in ruhiger Lage und tollem Ambiente. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Normales Zimmer ohne große Besonderheiten - Im Gesamtpaket hier und da in die Jahre gekommen.
Trotzdem alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Kein Schnäppchen, aber tolles Hotel für Businessreisende!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Landau kann ich als gelungenes Erlebnis bezeichnen. Kompetentes, freundliches Personal, volldigitaler CheckIn und Checkout, große Tiefgarage (konnte am Abreisetag den ganzen Tag drin bleiben) klimatisierte Zimmer, reichhaltige Frühstücksauswahl. Alles in allem sehr unaufgeregt und auf einem hohen Niveau. Wie ein Experte, der weiß, was er kann und nur Taten sprechen lässt.

Het was al met al een prettig verblijf, want ik heb goed geslapen

Pros:

Sehr schön gelegen, schöne große Zimmer mit viel Komfort und super Ausstattung. Besonders die Matratze und die Kissen sind komfortabel und Rücken freundlich.
Tolles Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage und freundliches Personal sind der Hauptaspekt und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ein Grund wiederzukommen. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind dann noch die Sahnehaube.

Das Personal am Empfang war unflexibel.
Cons:

Wir nahmen an einer zweitägigen Tagung im Parkhotel Landau teil und hatten für eine Nacht zwei Premium-Zimmer gebucht. Da wir bereits gegen 13 Uhr vor Ort waren, fragten wir, ob eines unserer Zimmer schon fertig sei, damit wir uns kurz für die bereits laufende Tagung umziehen könnten. Eines war bereits bezugsfertig. Wir nutzten es zu zweit lediglich zum Umziehen und Koffer abstellen und gingen anschließend zur Tagung.

Dafür wurden 30 Euro Early-Check-in-Gebühr berechnet.

Dass der reguläre Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist, ist völlig in Ordnung. Wir reisen beruflich viel und hätten selbstverständlich gewartet oder eine andere Möglichkeit überlegt, wäre das Zimmer noch nicht fertig gewesen. Für ein ohnehin bezugsfertiges Zimmer in dieser Situation bei weiter anreisenden Tagungsgästen dennoch 30 Euro zu verlangen, ist eine bemerkenswert unflexible Auslegung von Gastfreundschaft, die uns noch nie in anderen Hotels begegnet ist.
