Decent stay because we were there for Padre Pio. Not good regarding food options and hospitality. Restaurant staff were

Cons:

There was a certain man at the reception who was very rude and refused to speak English. We had to leave at 7am and we could not be accommodated 10 minutes earlier to have a coffee before leaving although we paid for breakfast. Adoration chapel on floor one was always locked. There was no iron. Dinner options were poor.

This is a very religious city and to have a hotel this quality surprised me. But did not satisfy.
Pros:

This is a very good hotel as far as facilities,cleanliness, room size and comfort. This could very easily be a 5 star hotel but it falls down in a few basic areas.

Cons:

The service at the bar and restaurant was very bad. In this area they are not a serious good hotel. We had a dinner there that was more suited to a soup kitchen. Very disappointing. It was almost impossible to get service in the bar and the staff really did not look interested.

En el enorme comedor, las mesas cercanas al buffet del desayuno estaban vacías (y eran tantas que nunca se llenaron) pero como solo éramos dos personas nos mandaron a sentar al lado opuesto del salón. Me pareció una descortesía absolutamente innecesaria y sin mayor criterio.
