Pros:

Área do quarto ótima, ótimo pequeno almoço, localização fantástica em zona bem tranquila mas bem perto da movimentada estação de Montparnasse, super bem servida de restaurantes e muito próxima da estação de metro Gaitê.

Pros:

We were a group of 7 with split check in days. The staff accommodated our requests as best as they could. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, treating us like family, even offering to help keep some medical supplies frozen. Rooms were clean with a supply of still and sparkling water available.
In close proximity to many restaurants. Will return.

Cons:

Next time I'll request courtyard level accomodation.

Buena ubicación y excelente servicio
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes, mercados y panaderías. La atención del personal estuvo muy bien, todos fueron amables y diligentes. El servicio de desayuno sobresale bastante y se agradece el refill de agua.

Those people stole our money and react dangerously. BOOKING should be cautious before recommending such a place.

Cons:

Over priced. 360$ a night for a dirty place with old staircase to access 3rd floor through hundreds of cigarettes butts.
A/C cold and not adjustable
Water boiler but no plugin.
Available drinking water only at the first floor!
We realize quickly that there are two kinds of customers,
-local customers such as workers that of course don’t pay much for their stay
-people like us feeling trapped and furious. One paid 450euro and left really furious.
Owner more than unpleasant when we complain.
