The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.

You need proper signage so please can see how to drive into the hotel. It is VERY CONFUSING, and no signage. Just RIDICULOUS!

Really good hotel in a brilliant location for Gatwick North Terminal. Very easy to get to the baggage drop-off, and the hotel was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Perfect for an early flight. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at reception was so helpful and very kind. They went out of our way to serve us and so many others as I noticed. I also enjoyed the bar/restaurant next to reception. How convenient!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great .
I paid for late check out at 5pm but my card access stopped working at 4:30 pm and had to struggle to get my luggage out of the hotel which wasn't for me.

It was clean. Good location. Air condoning was good - eventually. It took an hour or two to notice. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selective, but everything i needed.

Well it’s probably my fault but I misheard the end of breakfast. I thought it said they start at 9am but the actually end at 9am. So although I had chosen partly due to the breakfast, I never actually got to have any.
