For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £10.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.

Due to airport security reasons, the hotel will not be able to accept or store any postage, sporting or event tickets, parcels or store luggage prior to arrival or upon departure.

Great location to Gatwick, clean and comfy!
Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfy beds. The staff at reception were very welcoming and gave us our complimentary drinks for our honeymoon.

Location is great, rooms are nice and very clean.

Cons:

Diner options are a bit minimal. A 12.5% discretionary fee is added to all transactions in the bar which I think is a bit steep. They do not mention it to you, so you have to be prepared to ask for it to be removed each time you buy a drink. I don't mind paying it once but if you buy a few drinks then dinner, it soons adds to the bill. Lack of staff behind bar at busy times a bit frustrating.
Breakfast is OK, simple things could improve it, ie lack of bowls and cutlery. Overall OK, but simple things could make it better.

Pros:

Good level of security. Room was comfortable. Location right on the airport was ideal, we were able to early check-in. Staff were helpful and found rooms near together although we had booked seperately.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was not very well laid out & not clearly marked. More healthy options would have been good.

Pros:

It was clean and well located. I love that there were proper mugs to make tea and coffee !
Beds were comfortable and staff were great

Cons:

Trying to find it was a bit of an issue as I was driven to the airport

Excellent option for an airport stay at Gatwick North terminal
Pros:

Good location - close to North Terminal at Gatwick Airport. Breakfast included in price. Continental breakfast served at 4.00am to help with early start. Hotel very close to check in desk. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Fabulous everything if you like warm rooms to sleep in.
Pros:

The location with direct access onto level 1 of Gatwick North Terminal is excellent. Room was spotless and more than satisfactory for a night stop. Staff were the most friendly part of Gatwick!
Breakfast offered (albeit continental buffet style only) from 4am meant food was available before our early 6am flight. Cooked breakfast comes online after 6am for anyone wondering!

Cons:

Poorly signposted - we spent way too long going in circles to locate the entrance!!! It’s basically accessible from Level 1 but no LGW employee has the nous to direct you! Pathetic!
The room as with too many hotels nowadays has no windows that open and way too hot to sleep in comfort despite trying to get air conditioning on minimum!!
