For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £10.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.

Good stay if early flight

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, bien équipée, produits hygiène de base , café, thé...
Petit déjeuner copieux à partir de 4h.
Oeuf, bacon, saucisses servis à partir de 6h.
Et l'accès direct au Terminal nord est un vrai plus.

The room was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. Lovely thick towels.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but not excepional... pre cooked bacon, sausages, egg, tomatoes... nice touch was the waffle maker where you could make your own fresh waffles.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, I liked the big thick towels in the bathroom... and the shower worked well

Cons:

It would have been good to have a wider choice of evening meal, rather than a pub type food.

Couldnt get the room to cool down, thought id changed the tempriture, but when i woke up this morning it was up to 26 again!!

They give booking.com customers crap rooms.

Location is perfect-we have stayed there lots of times.

Cons:

Our room backed onto where the luggage handlers pulled in and out of and the windows were not sound proof. So after 3hrs of trying to sleep through it we left. Also someone’s kid was running backwards and forwards up the corridors pounding the floors. The sound in the hotel is not good. I’ve stayed in the hotel about 10x and the last two stays have been awful and coincidentally both have been booked though booking.com. Previously booked direct. So they obviously give booking.com their crap rooms.

Handy for Gatwick North
Pros:

2 mins from Gatwick North Terminal as I had early flight to Sicily

If your hungry and need fast food, hop on shuttle to South, walk through Hilton Hotel, cross the road carefully and there’s is KFC and McDonald’s next door

Bonus- free continental breakfast from 4am

Cons:

Only one lift was working to go to level 5

Overpriced and unimpressed with customer service
Pros:

Never had any reason to complain before on previous stays at this hotel, until now. Arrived on a very hot day, when we went into our room it was unbearable as the windows don't open the heat was trapped and the air con took ages to work and only allowed the temperature in the room to go to 19 degrees. In other hotels I have stayed at including Premier Inn the air con will let you reduce the temperature to 17 degrees for a quicker cooling time. When I complained I felt dimissed, like you don't matter as a customer. The least I expected was some compensation, therefore I won't be booking with this hotel again.

Hampton by Hilton North Gatwick terminal
Pros:

Victoria was the perfect ambassador for the Hampton by Hilton brand. Upon my arrival she was polite, warm and welcoming. She quickly responded to the issue with my room key not working in the lift. I would recommend anyone who has to fly out of the North terminal at Gatwick to stay at this hotel.

Perfect for the airport and transfers .
Pros:

Very clean, very convenient for me at the time, food was nice , accessibility was great staff was exceptional, breakfast was amazing room was comfortable and clean , bathroom and shower was amazing. Will stay again for next trip
