Our hotel is undergoing renovations in selected areas through 31 August 2026, including the swimming pool. The fitness center remains available at 2nd Floor-Next to the elevator. Payer le petit déjeuner pour notre enfant était une surprise alors que ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation puisque nous avons payé les frais de séjour en totalité.

The swimming pool wasn’t operational and while booking it here on booking dot com. That wasn’t mentioned
The kindness of the staffs and the cleaness of the rooms
The breakfast is good but need to be enhanced with more western variaties, such as olive oils, olives and chease. The majority of the food types are of asian type which not many western likes to eat. The lady Nazwa at breakfast kitchen was very kind and cooerative

Het ontbijt was perfect. Ook de barc cq restaurant. Comfort van de kamer was ook perfect.

The room was just refurbished so everything was clean, new and modern. When I stayed, the hotel was still undergoing phase 2 of their renovations. Noise wasn't really a big issue since I was out most of the day, however the pool was closed so for those who require this facility, just check before you book. Service from the staff was very good, professional and sincere. It was also nice of them to offer freshly baked welcome cookies as well. The room I booked was spacious and had pretty good sound proofing, even though it was facing the main road. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay if you are not going into the city too much.
Location is not the clincher here unless you are there for an exhibition. It's quite a distance from the city centre and with traffic added on, travelling time can take a while. Housekeeping could also pay more attention to cleaning the cups as one of them had some white stains in it, which I had highlighted to the front desk.
Despite the fact I stayed here before with rating of 9 6 months ago, this time it was Extremely Disappointing Experience – I ve cancelled my Booking Before check in and it ruined before I even checked in.
The attitude and behavior of the front desk staff were impolite, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt as though I was being treated as an inconvenience. The interaction was so unpleasant that I decided to cancel my booking immediately and move to another nearby hotel which is half price with better woking facilities.
What made the situation even worse was that, during the check-in process, I was informed that the swimming pool was closed due to renovations. I was also told that the third and fifth floors were under renovation. None of this was clearly communicated beforehand.
In addition I've tried to find room with a balcony, only to be informed that no balcony room was available. When I asked shown the room, it was clearly not ready for guests.
As,especially I stayed in this hotel before!!!! I expect a basic level of professionalism, honesty, and cleanliness, especially from a Hilton-branded property. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.
