Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Auch Sonderwünsche, wie ein frisch zubereitetes Omelett, wurden problemlos erfüllt. Zudem gab es eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Obst und Desserts. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Nous réservons rarement dans ce type d'établissement et nous avons été agréablement surpris de la très bonne qualité des services par rapport à d'autres hôtels plus chers.
Le personnel est très accueillants et très sympathiques.
Je recommande le restaurant au 18 ème étage qui correspondait à nos attentes et où nous avons aussi été très bien accueillis.

Cons:

La connexion internet n’est pas digne d'un tel établissement.
La salle de bain mérite un peu d'attention voir un rafraichissement comme le plafond de la chambre

Nous étions 3 et aurions aimé une chambre pour 3. Nous avons dû prendre 2 chambres de 2. Il aurait été intéressant d’avoir un prix pour voyageur seule.
