Incredible location. Great front desk.

Cons:

Bogus room service. No hand towels one day. No service at all the other (with a Clean The Room sign on for 4+ hours). Ran out of toilet paper.

Está bien para alojarse en la zona a buen precio
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento, solucionaron todas las inquietudes y un par de solicitudes que hicimos. Las camas bastante cómodas y el baño cumplía con una adecuada limpieza.

Cons:

El lugar es un poco antiguo, el cuarto tenía un poco de olor a "añejo" pero pudimos descansar sin problema.

The 3 nights experience at Hotel Principé with E. Smitty!
Pros:

I loved the large rooms and the separate shower and bathtub in the rooms.

Cons:

I truly think the quality of rooms or suites could be greatly improved if the units provide a mini-fridge and a microwave. The Principé Hotel is very walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores, so guests should be confident to buy frozen entrees, drinks, and leftover back to their hotel room to heat up or stay cold. Speaking of staying cold, management should really consider having an ice machine on each floor with ice bucket and a coffee maker in each room or Suite. It just makes sense!

This hotel is central nearby metro and shops, restaurants etc

Cons:

Our room didn't have a fridge and microwave this time. There was no towels in our room I have to ask for it
