The hotel location was great and you can get around easily to anywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

That there was no fridge or something simple as a kettle or coffee maker, there's no mat when you get of the bed and the floor is very cold in the morning, the wifi was bad had to go to lobby to use

EL PEOR DE LOS HOTELES
Pros:

La ubicación probablemente sea lo único bueno de este hotel. No se merece ni 2 estrellas porque la mayoría del personal es grosero principalmente las chicas de recepción, solo permiten subir al servicio de delivery del comercio de abajo porque tienen alianza, si solicitas algo de comer con apps o restaurantes, debes salir afuera.

Cons:

El servicio del personal, el poco mantenimiento en las habitaciones, casi no se podía ver por la ventana por la suciedad, hay muros con signos de humedad, el ruido constante en el pasillo y si llamabas a recepción porque alguna habitación estaba haciendo ruido muy fuerte, moviendo cosas o intentaban abrir la puerta, te respondían con sarcasmo y de forma grosera.
Hablan de políticas del hotel, pero en ningún momento te muestran dichas políticas (no comer en la habitación porque tiene costo, si solicitas la factura antes del check out no será la fiscal, si se te queda algo debes darlo por perdido porque el personal se lo queda). Inclusive esas "políticas" van en contra de la ley del consumidor y la dirección general de impuestos de Panamá pero como dijo la chica de recepción "siempre lo hemos hecho así, y esas son nuestras políticas, si no cancele la reserva pero le cobrarán igual".
Y el buen trato es selectivo, porque la persona que estaba en la habitación en frente estaba con una sexservice haciendo mucho ruido, el mismo personal le llevó cosas y como dió una propina muy generosa, el resto de huéspedes tuvimos que aguantarnos los gritos exagerados. mientras que, cuando llegué un chico había reservado pero no encontraba la confirmación y lo que le dijeron fue "sino tiene la confirmación busque otro hotel más barato porque aquí no puede estar"
Recomendación: si te afectan las alergias por polvo, humedad o algo así, no elijas este hotel

Very nice hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

It was my first time here and I found it very nice. Make sure you insert your card-key to power the air conditioning. One block walk to Via Argentina where there are many shops and restaurants. Five minutes to the Metro which is great. The breakfast was good with several options. The pool was refreshing.

Cons:

The staff were well mannered except for one mid-aged woman at the front desk who treated my friend and I badly.
