Good hotel but needs improvement
Pros:

The hotel is in the convenient place for me.

Cons:

The hotel even doesn’t include breakfast and even a water was not served really confused, coridors need AC it was very hot. The hotel lacks refrigerators for some food items we want to hold for some time even a day.

Beautiful hotel with no hot water!
Pros:

Overall the hotel offers a satisfactory rate going from the location to the facility but it has a huge big problem with the hot water in most of the rooms, not to say in the whole complex, which lead to the staff not handling the issue promptly, correctly, and with empathy.

Cons:

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. It was impossible to have hot water the first 3 nights. After reporting the issue, maintenance did not show up the following day and I want to remark that the staff did not follow up the report because they were unable to confirm if it was addressed or not. For the next days, the receptionist Evelyn stated that she misunderstood our intentions, so maintenance did not show up at the end. For the last night, after leaving room 717, we were assigned room 714 but the issue was exactly the same. After letting them know that we did not want to look for another hotel to spend our last night in Panama City, they started literally searching for a room with hot water in levels 3 and 5 but unsuccessfully. It was finally found in room 910, which indicates that they do not know the hotel. I want to set clear that the facility is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms, and location is great but this problem should be addressed correctly, as well as the attitude of the staff, which even when was not rude, did not show empathy at all.

Lo recomiendo. Es muy acogedor.
Pros:

El alojamiento: excelente atención. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el colchón de la cama espectacular , muy aseado y huele rico. Tiene buen restaurante y muchos restaurantes cercanos excelentes, cerca del metro . Muy céntrico .
