Cons:

Resto: menu à la carte un peu cher, sans aucun Kebab!! Qualité de Wi-Fi gratuit pas terrible

Burası gerçekten Hilton mu? Bir daha asla.
Pros:

Oteldeki tek pozitif şey, spor salonunun çok ama çok iyi ve yeterli olması. Spa alanını tecrübe etmedim, o da iyi olabilir.

Cons:

Burası gerçekten Hilton mu, yoksa Hilton parası ödediğimiz bir sıradan otel mi bilmiyorum:

- Booking’ten “Tesiste Öde” seçeneğiyle odayı tuttum. Ödeme esnasında benden 30 Euro daha fazla ücret talep edildi. Bir hata olması gerektiğini söylediğimde bir yerleri kontrol edip doğru tutarın benim söylediğim tutar olduğunu, sistemlerinde bir hata olduğunu söylediler. Ödeme Türk Lirası cinsinde yapıldığı için kontrol etmesem yanlış tutar ödeyecektim.

- Sabah kan ter içinde uyanıp kaldığım odanın (911) derecesinin 30 dereceyi gösterdiğini ve klimanın sadece sıcak hava üflediğini gördüm. Resepsiyonu aradığımda klimanın merkezi sistem olduğu, şu anda soğuk havanın çalıştığı bilgisi paylaşıldı ve çözüm ekibi yollanmak yerine bana klima nasıl çalıştırılıyor o anlatıldı :)))) Klimayı zaten çalıştırmayı bildiğimi, buna rağmen klimanın sıcak üflediğini telefondaki görevliye anlatmak zorunda kaldım. Sorun ben odadan ayrılana kadar çözülmedi. Umarım başka birisi daha fırında uyuyup uyanmak zorunda kalmamıştır!!!!!!

- Kahvaltı otelde ödemeye karar verirseniz sizden kişi başı 1800 TL (yaklaşık 35 Euro) talep ediliyor. Korkunç.

- Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça kasıntı ve suratı asık. Herhangi bir konuya çözüm üretmeleri imkansız gibi.

- Resepsiyonda işlem yürütmeye çalışırken ne görevlisi olduğunu anlamadığım bir kadın (sanırım etkinlik görevlisi) gelip “Bu kadını içeri almayın” diye bağırarak işlemimi böldü. Kimse sizin operasyonel kavgalarınızı ve sorunlarınızı dinlemek zorunda değil, hele ki böyle bir otelde.

- Otel bir metro istasyonuna yakın ama kesinlikle istasyonun dibinde filan değil.

The food in the coffee shop is OK

Cons:

Staff on checking in and later were efficient but not welcoming or smiling and seemed to be simply doing the job without the warmth that I had experienced in previous visits. They did everything asked of them but without warmth and enthusiasm.
I made the mistake of taking a light lunch in the restaurant as I was busy, and ate lightly, without checking the cost of the buffet. I was billed about $50 for one plate of mediocre food.
The room was clean and comfortable but it is getting old now and cigarette holes in the seating gave it a shoddy appearance.
As a Gold Card holder I was not offered a room upgrade.
