Pros:

Быстрое заселение и выселение

Cons:

Завтрак очень скудный.
Номер большой, но потрепанный уже.
В номере стаканов не хватает, есть кружки под кофе.
Остальное +- все хорошо.
Не критично, но могло быть лучше.
Балкон большой.
Персонал приветливый.
Соотношение 4 из 5
Подушки очень не удобные.

Ничего, не соответствие оценки на букинге!!!

Cons:

Диван для ребенка был ОЧЕНЬ жесткий, было грязно в номере и отеле в целом, требуется ремонт в номерах, очень скудный завтра, много мух!!!

Loved the upgrade and just a lovely, friendly home from home!
Pros:

The manageress was super helpful and so professional. Night manager also brilliant. They brought a lovely home feeling to the Hotel.

Cons:

All was great for me. I had booked a King Suite which is much bigger than standard room. It’s worth paying extra as room nearly 3 times larger with balcony.Fab views of sea also and lovely stroll to the waterfalls.

The room is overpriced , floor tiles missing, stains all over sides and floors , mould on pillows, shutters didn’t work , finger prints , broken mirror , coffee/tea stains on curtain ,

Massive balcony but no sun beds up there. Paint work outside needs doing flaking paint everywhere.

What a room
Pros:

Missed my original booking date and they kindly rebooked me in 2 weeks later, at no extra charge, and to top it of they upgraded me to presidential suite obviously only room available, with its own sauna in the suite 👍

Pros:

Staff were amazing and very friendly. Hotel was clean and very modern. We really enjoyed it. The room was looking really nice and balcony with the sea view amazing.

Cons:

No room service and our room was not the main building, which required us to always go outside to access the reception to pick up anything we need but that was not such a big deal. However it could be implemented.

absolutely fantastic hotel
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Espina Hotel. the staff where more than helpful the place was spotless. What ever we needed they were more than helpful to achieve this for us.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
