Horrible. Never going there again.

Cons:

Our room smelled horrible. Like sweat and throw up. The cleanliness of that hotel was horrible. We ended up waking up with sore throats because we were inhaling all that nasty air. It was such a horrible experience. Our room smelled so bad.

Pros:

Staff, cleanliness, location all were fine except the bright hallway lights outside the room.

Cons:

It was so bright in our room we could barely sleep. Please get better curtains that block out the light on the edges from the hallway outside. We kept thinking it was morning because the light in the hallway was so intense.

Everything was great except that I didn't know you have to request to have your room cleaned daily..other than that it was great..I will be staying there again.

I booked this motel for just one night after work. When I arrived, I was told that only smoking rooms were available, so I had no choice but to take one.

The cigarette smell in the room was extremely strong and unpleasant. It was not just a light smoke smell — the room smelled stale, musty, and heavily saturated with cigarette odor. Even staying there for one night was very uncomfortable.

What made the experience much worse was that the smell transferred to all of my belongings, including my clothes, luggage, and even my underwear. Everything I had with me smelled like cigarettes afterward, and I had to deal with that odor for the rest of my 3-night, 4-day trip.

I understand that it was a smoking room, but I did not expect the odor to be so severe that it would penetrate all of my personal belongings.

This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again.
