Denied us to stay an additional night due to being 3 mins late.

I liked the pricing and the location. Also, the room was nice, neat, and clean, although the size was a bit small for my 8 year old daughter and I, we were grateful at least we had somewhere to sleep. The thing that killed it for us was when it came to trying to book another night they told me no because I was a few mins late to providing my payment. I was 3 mins past check out time yet I was at the office at 10:58am and the lady worker was on the phone and manager in the back. So when she was off the phone at 11:03am I went up to her and she made a big deal about the fact that I was late and I explained to her what was going on and she still denied us another night stay. Wow.

Het hotel zat op een redelijke locatie. Kamer was ruim genoeg.

Cons:

Er was een niet rookbeleid. Maar er werd de hele nacht wiet geblowd. Daardoor niet kunnen slapen.
Personeel was bij het uitchecken niet beleefd, keken mij nog niet aan, er kon nog geen goede dag af.
