Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Renesse
Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ( sauber und zweckmässig), gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ansprechendes Restaurant, nette Bar, schöner Pool mit Liegen, freundliches Personal, gute Lage zum Zentrum

Pros:

Der Service wie auch die Qualität des Frühstücks/Restaurant waren hervorragend. Die Anlage selbst war super gelegen. Der Außen pool bzw. die Gartenanlage sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat schlichtweg nicht zum Gesamteindruck des Hotels gepasst. Das Bad war alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Duschbadewanne ist für so ein Hotel eine echte Zumutung. Auch die Treppe ins erste Obergeschoss kann man nur als bessere Leiter bezeichnen und für ältere Menschen echt gefährlich. Dies hat den gesamten Eindruck echt getrübt.

zeer mooi hotel centraal gelegen kortbij centrum en op 10 minuten wandelen van het strand. Mooie kamer met terras en zicht op het zwembad. uitstekend ontbijt en attent personeel.

Pros:

We kwamen rond 11:00 uur aan bij het hotel en waren ons ervan bewust dat dit vroeg was. Helaas werden we bij aankomst niet gastvrij ontvangen. De dame achter de receptie was kortaf in haar communicatie, waardoor we ons direct niet echt welkom voelden. Er werd op een scherpe toon aangegeven dat de kamer pas tussen 15:00 en 17:00 klaar zou zijn en dat we er niet op moesten rekenen dat dit eerder zou zijn, omdat er op dat moment meerdere zieken waren.
Qua parkeren vonden we het jammer dat parkeren direct bij het hotel €16 per dag kost, ook als je de volgende dag uitcheckt maar de auto nog wilt laten staan. Wel kregen we de tip om achter het restaurant te parkeren voor €11,50, wat een prima alternatief was. Ook het transferium (gratis en op loopafstand) is een goede optie.
De ligging van het hotel is echt een groot pluspunt: midden in het centrum en op woensdag start de markt letterlijk voor de deur. Het hotel is kleinschalig en heeft een prachtig zwembad met fijne ligbedden, een jacuzzi en een fijne sfeer — bij mooi weer voelt het bijna alsof je in het buitenland bent.
Het ontbijt was goed en werd geserveerd in een mooie ruimte. Onze kamer was niet heel groot, maar de bedden waren prima en we hebben goed geslapen. Wel misten we airconditioning; op warme dagen lijkt het ons lastig om de kamer koel te houden. Ook misten we een koelkast op de kamer. Deze stond wel aangegeven op de website, maar bleek niet aanwezig te zijn.
De badkamer was eenvoudig maar prima, al moest je in bad douchen, wat voor oudere gasten minder praktisch of zelfs onveilig kan zijn.
Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant met een gedeeld dakterras (met ligbedden, stoelen en een tafel), wat een fijne extra was. Van buitenaf was er nauwelijks geluidsoverlast, dus het was heerlijk rustig. Wel zijn de vloeren erg gehorig; je hoort de buren duidelijk lopen doordat alles kraakt.
Verder zagen we op meerdere plekken in het plafond wat oude lekkageplekken.

Schönes Hotel mit stolzem Preis

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Hotel hat einen gepflegten Pool und gepflegten schönen Garten

Cons:

Der Preis ( 250 Euro/Nacht) für das "Comfort Zimmer mit Gartenblick" war einfach zu hoch. Da hätte man bei 4 Sternen deutlich mehr erwartet.
Kein vernünftiger Kleiderschrank, einfach ein lächerliches Gestell. Das in die Jahre gekommene Bad mit Dusche in der Badewanne, ohne Spritzschutz und ein defekter Wasserhahn, der wohl zusätzlich verkalkt war und somit einen aussergewöhnlichen Strahl erzeugte.
Ich fand auch die Parkgebühr überzogen hätte durchaus inbegriffen sein dürfen.

Le petit déjeuner pas bien agencé car quand il y a affluence, on fait la queue. Le buffet pas top par rapport au reste des prestations. Deçus.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war extrem klein. Das Mobiliar schon etwas veraltet. Eine Badewanne ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß und Teppichboden finde ich persönlich auch nicht toll....ABER... es war alles sehr sauber.
