Molto soddisfatto
Pros:

Non è stato il primo soggiorno in questo hotel. Debbo dire di trovarmi sempre molto bene e per questo lo scelgo ripetutamente venendo a Roma per lavoro. Stanza più che adeguata. Personale dell'accoglienza sempre disponibile e molto cortese. Oggi un plauso particolare per il personale addetto al bar perchè una buona colazione diventa ottima quando viene accompagnato da gentilezza e sorrisi.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione soprattutto per chi, come me, ha soggiornato lì per poi partire il giorno dopo. A due passi dalla stazione termini ma in una zona tranquilla e sileziosa. Camere ampie dal design curato e moderno. Molto carine anche le experience che mette a disposizione la struttura per gli ospiti.

Cons:

I bagni sono un pochino piccoli ma nel complesso belli. La doccia invece è spaziosa e fantastica.

Ore 7,10, sono praticamente da solo a colazione: poche cose nel buffet (tra l'altro senza alcuna copertura a tutela dell'igiene); pochi cornetti, di taglia piccola, freddi e secchi. Avevo pagato il supplemento di 12 euro per la colazione. Vedo la cameriera che nel frattempo ha sfornato alcuni vassoi di cornetti, grandi, fagottini e dolci analoghi.... mi accingo a prenderne uno..... Vengo fermato con durezza, resto allibito: mi viene comunicato che non ero autorizzato a consumarli, nonostante fossero lì, davanti a me, che avevo pagato ripeto DODICI euro per la colazione... e non c'era nessun cornetto disponibile per me... dovevo solo guardare e non toccare. Credo che ciò non richieda commenti, se non ribadire che in nessun albergo in cui io sia mai stato mi è stato poi proibito di prendere qualcosa fra quelle disponibili.... avendo pagato, ripeto, ben 12 euro di supplemento! Incredibile, inaccettabile, tristemente vero. Segnalata la cosa, presente solo il receptionist, mi informava che quanto sfornato era destinato ai clienti "esterni" del bar, mentre a "noi" interni (a 12 euro) era riservato solo quel poco che era sul buffet; tra l'altro, sarebbe stato carino, dopo avermi informato, comunque consentirmi una consumazione...ma non è avvenuto .... ho imparato qualcosa. A non fidarmi delle colazioni incluse... e forse nemmeno degli alberghi che trattano così i clienti...
