Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert.
Wir durften unser Auto schon vor dem Check-in dort abstellen.

Beste nachtrust ooit in een hotel, maar niet geluidsarm
Pros:

Het was er erg stil. Heel goed ontbijt. Fijne uitvalsbasis om Dortmund te ontdekken. Helaas was ik enkel op doorreis. Maar zeker aan te raden. De verduisterende gordijnen zijn echt perfect. Hierdoor echt lekker geslapen.

Cons:

De kamer was niet geluidsdicht. Ik kon het gehele telefoongesprek van de kamer ernaast meeluisteren als ik wou, incl diegene op de luidspreker. Gelukkig stopte dit voor middernacht. Wel was het geluidsarm genoeg voor geluiden van buiten en de gang. Het bed was een beetje hard.

Location Top, but not a temple of good design
Pros:

Super Lage direkt an der Fussgaengerzone / Hauptbahnhof. Ausserordentlich freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung haelt nicht das was die Werbung verspricht, es ist auf keinen Fall irgendwie aussergewoehnlich im Hinblick auf Design. Die Matratzen sind etwas ausgelegen und gehoeren erneuert.

Kleines hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral durch Stadtmitte und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Man hat die außengeräusche sehr gehört. Rolltor und Autos etc.

Schönes zentrales Hotel mit super Frühstück,TOP für einen Kurztrip nach Dortmund. Z.B.wie ich zum
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral,wodurch alles gut zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Es war bis auf Sa-Nacht sehr schön ruhig.
Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut und wurde von einer sehr engagierten Mitarbeiterin betreut,die jedem Gast möglichst jeden Wunsch erfüllen wollte und es auch tat. Es gab eine überdurchschnittlich große Auswahl und alles war sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Sogar Waffeln gab es am Sa😊
Das Personal des Hotels,ob nun an der Rezeption,Reinigungskräfte oder alle anderen, waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich werde sehr gern wieder kommen

Cons:

Am Samstag Abend, war es ziemlich laut (Musik,Bässe)
Ansonsten war wirklich alles TOP!!!!
