Für uns für 1 Nacht ging es.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Chef war immer gut drauf und sehr lustig, Freisitz und Außenanlage sehr hübsch. Das Hotel hatte einen großen Außenpool. Der Balkon war ausreichend mit einer fantastischen Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte außen und innen einen gewissen Charme, jedoch bedarf es überall einer gründlichen Sanierung.
Das Bad im Zimmer war von Dusche bis Toilette sehr verlebt, die Fliesenfugen zum Teil stark verdreckt und die Zimmer
hatten in den Ecken einige Spinnenweben.

Personal encantador. David y toda su familia se portaron de maravilla con nosotros. Trato excepcional, piscina accesible. Un lugar petfriendly, nos trataron fenomenal y también a nuestra perrita.

Fue un panorama literal.
Cons:

Nos encontramos un calcetín sucio colgado del radiador. Las camas venian sin sábanas. El papel higiénico estaba usado. La pica estaba sucia. No había bolsa de basura en la paperera.

Large comfortable room with a great view over the surrounding mountains, the valley and Bolzano city
Pros:

Location is good with great views over the surrounding mountains, the valley and Bolzano city. Room was large enough, clean and comfortable. Balcony provided an amazing view. Staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. I think the food quality and level of cleanliness should be improved to justify the cost of this accommodation.
