Elevator wasn’t working my room was on the 3rd floor ! The stair case didn’t have security cameras in them so I felt unsafe returning to my room at night. The rug in the hallway to my room stunk like bad mold needs replacing. The bed was on coil springs with a thin mattress on top not comfortable for someone with a bad back or body parts. The towels seemed rough not soft. I asked for a late check out no more than a hour and they wouldn’t accommodate me. I got the room late night needed more rest
