I won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Room smelled like stale smoke. Too much activity in the parking lot late, loud voices.

Cons:

Rooms need upgrading. Bed uncomfortable.

Bearable stay for one night but not the most comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was the least expensive place available on a Saturday night in the area. It was technically clean.

Cons:

There was a strange chemical smell in the room. Maybe from a cleaning solution but it was not pleasant.

I was very happy with my stay and I would stay again. Great pricing for the room.
Pros:

Very close to where my work event was. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke when I checked in, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I would stay there again next year for the event I was working at down the street.

Location was good and the price was good

Cons:

I had a confirming reservation and the clerk at the front desk wasn’t showing it was paid and was trying to charge me. I had to call booking.com and he didn’t wanna give me my room till they got resolved. He didn’t know how to work the computer correctly to his supervisor came and took care of it then they got me in had to wait about a half hour to go to my room.

Never stayed there
Pros:

We booked a whole trip with our kids and our dogs and they weren’t even a Booking.com facility anymore and we got no notification

Cons:

Never got to stay there we ended up having to pay three times the amount to stay in Ventura with our kids and our animals
